They built my website and did an amazing job--professional, clean, and exactly what I needed to showcase my business. Manny and his team were very responsive, easy to work with, and took the time to understand what I wanted. If you're looking for a team that delivers great work and really cares about their clients, I highly recommend Web Experts Marketing.

Unlike other reviews experienced, they didn't take the money and ghost me, instead I had the severe displeasure of attempting to "work" with them. They come across as grounded nice people at first with an overwhelming number of glowing reviews (that must be fake)(EDIT** There WERE 100s of 5 star reviews here on Yelp when I started working with them. Where did they go???? Fake). We cold called several website owners that supposedly worked with them who said good things. And yet, they quickly became the biggest point of ongoing stress, shear anger, and financial loss in our business and personal life. It's a wonder I didn't smash a hole in my wall after every encounter with them. RUN. Every single round of revisions created entirely new extraordinarily avoidable problems that consistently fell below even the most basic standards of professionalism. Most concerning was their complete lack of effort to understand our industry-- not subjective design disagreements, factual errors displayed on our informational website. Hundreds of dollars worth of our own staff time spent revising their work, manny had the nerve to say 'no client in the history of their company had ever required as many edits.' That statement delusionally ignores the reality that the overhwelming majority of those edits existed becaise their team repeatedly introduced new mistakes instead of fixing previously identified ones. This is truly only the tip of the ice berg of reasons why these guys were a nightmare. In the end, we desperately needed a new web designer to take over who confirmed that these guys used the most basic possible template and idenfitifed numerous backend issues that needed to be corrected before the site could function properly. Unwilling to apologise or take accountability, the only compensation offered was $35. !!! . Our own billable time spent correcting their mistakes exceeded that amount many times over. Not to mention the stress.... Incorrect content used... basic directions f*ed up... missed meetings...lost revisions....unbelievably poor communicate... ZERO accountability.... I sent them my pdf file and they agreed to add a bleed to it for printing purposes. After they sent me the file to confirm, the color was a little bit different from the original. It wasn't a big deal, but I was wondering if we could maintain the lighter color. Alberto called me and suggested to go and talk with his partner/employee Charlie to see the flyer in person, discuss any details and make sure I'm happy with the outcome. Charlie was only available for a certain time and since I wanted to move on with printing the flyers and getting them done asap, I moved some things around in my schedule in order to drive to their office in Northridge. It took me over 2 hours to drive and talk with Charlie. The flyer looked better in person than it looked in the file they sent me over the email and after explaining that the color can't get lighter, I decided to go with their version of the flyer. I confirmed my decision in the email later on that day and was expecting to receive an invoice to move forward. But I received no reply. I sent another email - still no reply. Thinking that they don't check their emails that often, i sent a message to Alberto's phone number. Still nothing. After 5 days of them ignoring me, I sent another email and got a short reply that they won't be able to help me (attached). I sent a followed up email asking for a reason and of course there is no reply to that either. I was very polite and friendly during all our interactions and I'm very confused at why they kept going with all the conversations, made me drive to their office and after I agreed to their services, they sent me short reply with no explanation, apology or any sense. One reason I might think of is they didn't want to bother with small order of 2500 pieces since during our short phone conversation with Alberto he mentioned that "it's kinda of a small job for us". but then just don't say you accept those orders and don't waste people's time. Very unreliable company that I can't recommend to anyone.

Worse, I felt that my old website's failings were probably costing me business (and this feeling was supported by unacceptably high bounce rates and drop off rates as reported by my Analytics tracking!) So, after years of struggling to manage my company website by myself, I decided that it was time for a serious upgrade. It was time to hire a web pro! Charles Creative was my first choice. Having worked with Jeff before, I knew that he was a talented web development professional. His skill set combines an in-depth working knowledge of the Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP (LAMP) development stack with a keen eye for design and function. He completed the project on time and on budget, and met all of my ever-changing requirements. Jeff's responsiveness and communication throughout the project was incredible, and his experience as an entrepreneur, marketer, and business consultant made him invaluable. If you're looking for a high-end, professional website, give him a call!

I reached out on Yelp because this business came up when searching for photo printing services but was very disappointed with the quality. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.
