These guys nailed it. I brought in several blueprints to be scanned, and a few of them were in rough shape -- original job site plans with edges that were torn and ripped, making them not easy to feed into a scanner. Hong and his team at Minuteman Press Porter Ranch did a superb job repairing the plans and got the flash drive and blueprints back to me in a timely manner. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I couldn't have been happier that such a difficult job was handled so well. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for professional work done at a fair price. read more

Don't trust Waleed. Exchanged messages about picking up an item between 10:30am to 12pm. Sold the item behind my back at 8am. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and asked about another item, he claimed the item was available. Said was on the way to pick it up, get there and sure enough the item was sold. Not only wasted time but gas. He is not man of character, integrity or his word. Stay clear from him and his business. read more

I was planning a celebration of life for my best friend and thought about getting remembrance bookmarks made for give to attendees since she was an avid reader. The problem was that the thought came to me the day before the celebration. I called Minuteman press and they were immediately willing to get them done in time and they did such an amazing job. Have to leave a star since I can't give the company 0 stars. If you're moving your business but you mislead people about picking up items then what kind of business man can you be. Was told that he would be there at 10:30. First come first serve. Yet when I arrived , the items we requested were already sold at 8:30!!!! If I knew we could be there then I would have been there at that time. Then we asked again for items and were told oh sure, you can come now. Showed up at 9:50--- he shows up at 10:15. Already sold the items I came to pick up. Don't trust him! read more

I needed a large photo printed for an event and they were able to get it done the same day. I called 5 other printing places that laughed at me for requesting same day prints so I assumed places don't provide that service. Luckily I called minuteman press and they were very helpful. When I arrived to pick up my photo, I was greeted with great customer service. The owner was very friendly and I will be giving this place my business when I need large photo prints in the future. read more

I luckily stumbled upon this place as a I was trying to find a place to print paper work that needed to be sent within 15 minutes. They were really helpful and efficient helping me edit my documents! They also offered it for free since I was only printing a few pages. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.

But then the next day I saw that it charged my credit card! I had to go pick up the photos the next day and when I got there it wasn't even made yet. I couldn't wait around for 20 minutes because I had work so I had to come back the next day. Luckily he was able refund my $175. The photo stick that they use as a handle is cardboard and it broke immediately.

I genuinely do not know how this company has so many high ratings. This service is not 24/7 and…read morethey do not understand the products they advertise to sell. Do not pay for same day without checking how busy they are, as that could take a few days (which is astronomically different in price; in my case it was 170$ vs 50$ between same day and next day) and they will not tell you ahead of time that they are busy if you don't call. They agreed to a time they couldn't commit to, not even bothering to start the order until the day was basically over (despite agreeing to a 2 pm deadline). Payment has to be made up front as well for a service they might not be able to provide. For sticker sheet printing, for some reason, they count quantities by individual kiss cut stickers despite selling in sheets, which is false advertisement (especially when a 4 in by 6 in sheet can hold a bunch of stickers of various shapes and designs). Their user interface for sticker ordering is essentially copied from other sticker companies in the area, yet they don't even understand how the selection works. If you absolutely have to use this service over others in the area, make sure to use card in case issues like this show up and call ahead of time to make sure they're actually able to do the job by the deadline you need for it.

Peter has been operating at a loss for the last 26 year but now he will really be bleeding red. The workers need their job and the community needs this USPS. I know there has been comments about their service but please give grace to the older worker and please support its cause. Make sure you don't park out front on Hill St during certain times of the afternoon or else your car will get towed! Love this hidden little post office AND they stay open much later than a lot of the other USPS locations in the area! The guy who runs it (I think) is super chill and accommodating. He's the one who warned me not to park on Hill St, and even though it was almost time for him to close, he waited for me to move my car so I wouldn't get a super expensive ticket or get towed. So nice! He even let me use his tape!

I needed 25 yard signs and wire stands. They had the order ready and delivered it to me by the end of the week. I later realized they had given me 5 extra signs as well. I'm not sure if that was on purpose or not but either way I really appreciated it and it was a pleasant surprise. The quality was amazing! They looked great even after being outside for over a month. I was scared the quality of my art was low resolution but it looked amazing once it was printed. Berj was so nice, helpful, and responsive! If you ever need to get a print job done fast, this is definitely the place to go!
