I was looking to print some digital photos and was hoping to go with a small business instead of going to a FedEx or Shutterfly. I reached out on Yelp because this business came up when searching for photo printing services but was very disappointed with the quality. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order. read more

Five Stars all around for me. This Printing place has always been my go to when I went to Cal State Northridge University. They always give good reasonable deals, and good quality work. I came here for a party that I am having soon to get a banner made, and they had the most top-notch customer service ever and so respectful and professional, George is so sweet and he's very attentive and he emails you and make sure that you check to see if you really like the end product if not, you can make changes. Highly recommend this printing shop in Northridge good fast service with exceptional work at a good price no doubt is parking in the back of the business but you do have to walk to the front for entrance. Plus they also give discount if you attend once you check in. I needed a foam board printed within 2 business days and found Staples/Fedex/Office Depot does not offer a quick turnaround time. Most foam boards require 3-5 business days for printing and delivery. Other printing stores that offer 1 day foam board printing were $100+, which was a bit out of my budget. I looked on Yelp and found Rapid Printing. I gave them a call and they said to email them the pdf which they immediately printed out after we hung up. I was able to pick it up the next day and their prices were extremely reasonable. Based on Yelp reviews, I decided to give this place a shot to print some signs for my wedding. We had a large seating chart made on a thick board (PVC) and it came out even better (and slightly cheaper) than another sign that we previously printed from Staples (should have come here first). The owner couldn't have been more lovely. He was extremely busy, but still did his best to provide personalized service. I love the playful banter between him and his employee Danny as well. They take their jobs seriously, but also know when to crack a joke here and there. (Danny was super nice and helpful too!) In addition to the seating chart, I also printed a few more signs and some note cards. All were done the same day in just a few short hours. Sam and his staff are the best - helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and RELIABLE. I had them print the program for my dad's memorial and it turned out much better than I was planning to make it. Great paper quality and the quality of the print was excellent. I went to them on pretty short notice, so I didn't have time to shop around for different quotes... it was a bit more than I was anticipating to spend, but there was a rush fee and I believe the final product was worth the cost. Sam was willing to work with me and do some onlinr price matching, which I appreciate. I wish I had come to them sooner so I would have time to coordinate with them and tweak the program. Sam is interactive in the process to make sure it was what I wanted (i.e. do you want to adjust the margins so there isn't extra white space, do you want to add something to the back of the program instead of leaving it blank?). If I had time, I would make Sam's suggested edits, but I just didn't have the time. I got lots of compliments on the programs from my guests... "so nice", "very well done". I absolutely love the banners I have gotten from them. I recently had my business banner made and it looks amazing. Great quality and quick service. I needed it for the next morning for my popup event and they were able to get it done. I emailed my image to them once they confirmed the sizing it was good to go. Next morning I had my banner for my event. Honestly great service Mike is so helpful him and his wife are so nice and know what they are doing. I've used Rapid Printing for my wedding needs twice now (for the Save the Dates and my Bridal Shower invitations) and will definitely use them for the formal invitations and all future events. For my Save the Dates, Sam went above and beyond. I design all of my own invitations and other marketing materials and usually print at my office. However, I was having so much trouble with printing on vellum (translucent paper) and it was smudging. I decided to look on Yelp for Print Shops in my area and found Rapid Printing. I called Sam for a quote and asked if I could come in and discuss the project. I came in and at first, Sam had trouble with the paper too and I thought it was a lost cause. But after changing the settings multiple times, he finally got it to work and they came out beautifully!! He even stayed past closing time and finished printing all of them. For my Bridal Shower invitations, I called Sam once the shop opened and inquired about the type of paper I wanted to use. Once again, I went to the shop on a Thursday to discuss the project and Sam said the printing would be done by Saturday. I was talking to Gilda about the wedding and about to pay and no more than 10 minutes later Sam had printed everything already! They stay true to their namesake, Rapid Printing! They also had beautiful linen paper that we used. We also had a small glitch in a certain font on Adobe Photoshop but Sam fixed it right away. Such nice people here!
