I discovered Botanical Designs through their website and photos! I was also able to find exactly what I was looking for! It was a beautiful single rose design -- but truly spectacular! It was also called, "My One and Only" -- so perfect for a wedding rehearsal dinner. When I called to order, they were so friendly, and professional and discussed the color choices and made recommendations, as well. I arranged to have them delivered to the venue. The week prior, I called to update them with the hours the venue might be available for delivery. I spoke with another person at Botanical Designs, who was equally personable and he assured me that they would take care of the details. He was very reassuring. The evening of the event, I discovered the designs were even more beautiful in person and beyond my expectations. The first time the card was misplaced and we had no idea who sent it, when we tried to reach both locations there was never an actual person to answer the phones. The second time we reviewed a nice bouquet but it was clearly not fresh. When we saw the person that sent it and thanked them for the flowers they were upset that it was supposed to be relived 3 days before. (Flowers are not cheap, if they are paid to be delivered that day, then that is what should happen. After a few hours the flowers look tired and some nearly ready to be tossed.
