The Western technician, Kaleb, quickly diagnosed and repaired the leak in my high-pressure AC line, and I was back up and cool again within just a few hours. What impressed me the most was their honesty. My final bill actually came in $400 less than the original quote. They easily could have kept quiet about that and I never would have known, but instead they were upfront and honest. That level of integrity is rare these days.
