I called the office around 10:30 and had to leave a message. When I called back about an hour later, I was asked to reschedule. They offered the familiar lame excuses that have been commonplace. Follow-up and follow-through are not their strengths. Sloppy and unreliable are how I would describe them. There is nothing special they have to offer, and their products are easily available at big box hardware stores. Save yourself the frustration and inflated price, and look elsewhere for these services. Absolutely not recommended.

I really love now that I can get filtered water from the little faucet at my kitchen sink. What a blessing! It's nice to have that counter space back too. About the the salesman, Cliff Boxer whom I purchased the water filter from via cost co, he was extremely patient, explaining to me the value and annual service after the sale I would be getting at a service cost, but the value is tremendous to me to me. Service after the sale? You bet. Danielle wears many hats, has been available to me with any questions that I've had, but my questions weren't about the value I was getting from SW's system; it was about the credit card I was using. Purely my issue and she helped make everything possible that I am able to get the RO and soft water installed. I am scheduled to get their soft water installed by end of month. I'm very excited to be working with quality people.

I just moved into a brand new house so I had the plumber under my warranty check it out but they couldn't figure it out. I called these guys and they said someone would come by and they never did. I ended up following up with my development plumber because Superior said they would charge me to come out. Then I got charged by my other plumber because they figured our what Superior Water did. The manager Louiea seemed to want to help me, however they kept saying they would come and after a few no shows they finally came and fixed the issue. I don't remember for sure but I think that's about 50% of what the whole system cost to be installed. Obviously, this was my fault for not asking ahead of time, but I had no idea that I would get charged a total rip off price. How's that?
