I had an idea of what I wanted our site to look like, and invited Mike and Maureen from Birdsall to attend a meeting at our office. From our first meeting, I knew I was in good hands. After the long process of getting all of the content and copy together on our end, it was no time before we had a proof to approve. When a refund is requested, they refer you to their third party accounting firm (Pay Pal, Goodgle Checkout, etc.), when you request the refund from the third part, they refer you back to Carthage ABC and this begins a vicious circle of fraud. Beware, this is a big problem with this company.
