I decided at the last minute to eliminate the bushes that were included in quote and expected/hoped he would reduce price and I asked for an amount; he knocked it down more than I asked. He and his wife made very quick work of the job (it was a small job) but it is a relief to have the tree gone and looks very good. If you are on the fence about doing something, I'd give him a call because price might be less than you expect. If you know you want to do a job, give him a call; it's just a no-brainer.
