I explained to her that I had a 7pm appointment, to which she yelled something at someone who was not visible in the back room and closed the door. At 7:15 I got up to see if I would be helped further and the same woman appeared from the back room and said "we're busy, sorry." I asked why she accepted the reservation if they were busy and her blank stare suggested her English was not advanced enough for the question. Left disappointed and concerned with their business practices.

I asked for a refund, if you can't get me in then give me the cash and I'll go someplace else The receptionist said "No we don't do that here". Everyone I talked to was rude and the conversation was frustrating. No manager was available during all 4 calls. I gave the gift card back to my husband and told him to go get a foot rub, if you can get an appointment. I'm disappointed in any business not willing to honor a gift card, cash was accepted for a service I expect a service or refund. It's coming up on a year and the gift card will be void due to the limitations. Now I'd not let them touch me for fear of retaliation. What a waste of money and my time.
