I asked why she accepted the reservation if they were busy and her blank stare suggested her English was not advanced enough for the question. I gave the gift card back to my husband and told him to go get a foot rub, if you can get an appointment. I'm disappointed in any business not willing to honor a gift card, cash was accepted for a service I expect a service or refund. It's coming up on a year and the gift card will be void due to the limitations. Now I'd not let them touch me for fear of retaliation. What a waste of money and my time.
