I was paid in full and still had two days left on my storage unit and was locked out of the gate so I had to remotely buy another unit to gain access and then cancel the unit in order to move out. The remote management company could not even allow me gate access to move out even though I was paid in full and still had two days. The offsite management company that runs this storage unit based in India is remotely managed by Copper Storage Management. This management company also has bad reviews from customers, employees and storage owners who have used them stating it ruined there storage buisness. A year later I would not recommend this place at one time it was good. Then the owner hired Copper Storage Management and I left after 5 years.

Now she wants to get her things and he's unable to help this time. They wouldn't let my husband in when he took her over to get her things.
