I am a big recycler. Why did I take a star away? I'm kinda picky and want things a certain way. I understand that when they need to pick-up a full container and drop off a new one, the style of containers may change. Over the past year, I've had not complaints. All the containers have been similar enough, that unloading my recyclables have been easy. That all changed with my first drop off of 2026. The new container did not have the large square openings with sliding doors. It had little port hole window type openings. Which made it more difficult to empty my recyclables into the container. Instead of dumping my basket into a large opening, I had to empty it by handfuls at a time. This station is suppose to make recycling easy, the port holes did not do that. So I took away a star.
