I was moving from out of town and needed a place to store my things until it was time to close on our new house. A Storage Inn was very helpful and even provided locks for the unit. I rented a 10 x 24' unit and it was clean and stayed clean and dry! I thought the price was very fair. On moving day from our previous town 2+ hours away, the owner was willing to stay late, or at least come back when we would be there in order for us to sign the rental contract etc. Upon checkout the process is seamless and smooth. We used A Storage Inn-Fenton for a month while we were waiting to close on our new house. We initially rented one large unit but ended up renting a second smaller unit when we ran out of space. Jane, the manager there, was super friendly and helpful on each of our visits. She even called after we left because we left a lock on one of the doors. She could have easily just cut the lock and thrown it away but she wanted to give us a chance to come get it first. I came here unannounced having driven a moving truck and hauling a car tow carrier from Eugene OR. to here in 3 days. I've been a customer off and on for many years, The facility has been well maintained and clean every time I've been there, Even at night it is well lit. I've never had any problems with any of my property ( stored Properly) and have never had any problems with doors or gates. As far as other comments go , My only negative comment is that I wish they had rv and trailer parking, Because I would defiantly use them.! read more

A Storage Inn in Fenton has always been very fair and easy to get along with. I have had to use them on several occasions and each time they have been great to deal with. They have even called me when my payment was late to make sure I paid it so I would not incur late fees. Excellent service! We used this facility for about 1 year staring with one small locker. The owners live onsite, which made us feel very comfortable. It's very clean and the grounds are well kept. We ended up needing 2 more lockers and were given a nice discount for having multi-units. The staff is so nice. Highly recommended! read more

Convenient location to Fenton and High Ridge. Easy to gain access 24/7. You can pay your bill on-line. Manager Jane Dow was helpful and friendly every step of the way. We had our items stored for six months and had no issues when it was time for us to take them out of storage. It was no trouble to close the account. read more
