In the beginning I placed an order for the pump cakes and was shocked at the calories being so low - around 200... I called several times to ask about the accuracy and was assured they were correct. Only to go on the website a few weeks later and notice the calories had been doubled - when I asked I was told that there was a mistake in macro tracking and they had been mis calculated - when you are cutting being off by 200+ calories is a lot, thank goodness I wasn't eating these regularly. Additionally there have been several times where orders have been mixed up and ingredients missing . When I brought these issues to their attention they acknowledged the mistake but that was pretty much it. As a business owner myself - I feel that when the job isn't executed well I want to do right by the customer . If you want to use HBM for your meal prep company and are very concerned about macros - I would stick to very a la carte items like chicken, salmon, veggies etc. in my experience, there is just too much inconsistency and unreliability in the more complex meals . I will say they are pretty good about last minute orders and the ability to place same day orders is nice.
