i am extremely disappointed in the food i wait almost 2 hours for a delivery and when i called to ask where my food was they told me they were having issues with there blenders.. which if that was the case someone should of called me ( they have my number) and advised of the issue. my sandwich was hard as a rock and couldn't even eat it....If any business is having issues they should be contacting there deliveries and telling them of an issue not have people waiting 2 hours for a order. i paid alot for my order and mostly was a disappointment read more

The second I walked in the door I felt so welcomed! It is such a cute ice cream shop with an extensive menu of items I had never seen offered anywhere else before. I got the pineapple whip and it was phenominal. My boyfriend got the Apple Jacks infused ice cream with Carmel sauce and said that he loved it. Next time he wants to try it but with cheesecake flavored soft serve as the base instead. We will certainly be back soon! This is exactly what downtown Haverhill needs. A quaint but jovial ice cream shop where you can walk in get your ice cream, leave and go around town or stay in and look at all of their vintage toys and memorabilia. The servings are great. You have the classic ice cream flavors and some of their creations as well. The girls working were super friendly. The ice cream itself was awesome. They also have delicious sorbet flavors that my boyfriend got and loved it. This might be my new favorite go to ice cream joint. I have no complaints! They have great smoothies there. The Alex is the best one from the menu. However, they lack communication and the owner seems rude to her workers. I was there and a women police officer was ahead of me playing with one of the workers daughters (she was super cute btw). It's nice to see a women police officer bond with a little girl. The lady who made the officer the smoothie told her that she should just go without paying because the officer waited awhile. The owner steps in who was in the other room and was like no she needs to pay and rolled her eyes. I have a few issues with this: 1. I'm all about the blue lives matter movement. When a nice police officer shows some love to a little girl I'm all about it because it's a rarity these days. 2. She puts her life on the line everyday and the owner could probably afford to let her have a free smoothie. 3. No owner should show any disrespect to their workers in front of customers. It makes others feel extremely uncomfortable and not want to go back. read more

Deducted a star because their hours are all over the place, they claim to have extended summer hours till 8pm Thur-Sat but 3 out of the 4 times now I've gone and they were closed. It was decent but they served fake whipped cream (like Cool Whip which is not our thing) instead of real whipped cream. I'd suggest upping the ingredients in order to compete with the other places. What a awesome spot! Our girls wanted ice cream after a not so awesome dinner at the Tap Brewing company a few doors down. Sweet affair was actually closing but let us in and made our girls the best banana split ever!!! The ladies were the super nice and did not rush us at all! They even insisted we eat the ice cream there because she made split so big! The ice cream was soooo silky and smooth and the flavors are on point.
