I asked for a membership plan and was told that's what I was paying for. Found out later they…read morechargerd me for a single month which is more than what the membership was. Since I bought other items in the same transaction I did not notice they charged me the wrong amount. The only solution they had to correct their mistake was offering a one time $3 discount but I would still have to pay the full amount for the membership and be locked into a two month commitment when I already tanned for a month thinking it was towards my commitment. I understand human error occurs and mistakes get made but I don't understand not correcting them or making an effort to rectify mistakes that were made by an employee. I also gave my personal information and requested to speak to a manager and no one attempted to contact me.
