Review from 5 years ago: Tried this place for the first time based on a few recommendations: Alex was my nail tech and he did a great job on my acrylics. Very good price too! Matched the photo so well!! I was very impressed. My pedicure however was not relaxing at all unfortunately.. my tech was kind of spazzy and moved way too fast. My toes looked great but the massage etc was just a waste. Won't get another pedicure by that tech Editing after several years of this being my primary salon.. my last experience unfortunately resulted in the owner Alex kind of arguing with me about my fill on my pink and white ombre nails's even though I've been to manyyyy other places where what I was asking has never been an issue. I wasn't rude or mean.. just simply expressed I wasn't happy.. as a result I branched out to try a new place. This week I attempted to go back as I wanted a design I know Alex does well in but after trying to make an appt Friday then Saturday and was told he was booked attempted to be a walk in today, was told Alex didn't come until later.. My nails looked fine, that's not the problem. The problem is I got my nail painted with regular polish (instead of gel) so to dry it, he use a fan. They didn't have nail dryers. It was taking forever. He came over and checked my nails and said they were dry and I said they needed more time but he said they were done. I went to pay and it messed up 5 of my nails! I told him they werent dry. He was going to do those 5 nails over and I was going to have to wait for them to have to dry again, I had a friend waiting for me. So I told the guy to just use gel so they would dry instantly, I hate gel! When he was done I had to pay the difference, no discount or anything, not even a sorry. read more

The person I originally scheduled with had an emergency on the day of my appointment, they gave me a courtesy call to see if I wanted to schedule with that person later in the day. I decided to just have someone else do my nails and they were able to still get me in and taken care of by Ci Ci. She did a fantastic job and I am very happy. I would highly recommend this nail salon. I will continue to come back. read more

This place is amazing, never been before but they made my young children and I feel very welcome. Music selection is great also and not too loud. Very clean and neatly organized. The service provided was great and fair pricing. The staff is friendly also and conversed with my children while giving them their pedicures. Definitely recommend. We will be back! read more

Didn't have an opinion one way or another until I was informed of the grand total for my pedicure. I selected the cheapest pedicure that was advertised in their nail menu which was listed as $27.00. In fact, the greeter at the door pointed directly to the $27.00 pedicure as I also pointed to it. This means that we were both on the same page and she knew what I wanted. As I sat there, the nail tech, which didn't speak any English, did the standard nail clipping and cuticle cleanup. Then she did a salt scrub exfoliation deal on my legs, a massage of my legs and feet, also the callus removal. She tried to do the hot towel thing but I'm not a fan so I said No. When I got up to go to the front counter to pay, the greeter tells me that the total is $45.00. That is not what I expected. I WAS going to give a 10 dollar tip. But instead I was side-swiped by a price that was different than what was agreed upon. It wasn't the amount that was the problem. I treated a friend to a pedicure for her birthday. We had two fellows that were very attentive. We did the $38 service--very nice. The massage chairs are great. For the first time I can honestly say read the negative reviews on this place. They are legitimate and I wish I had taken them seriously and listened. I've been here twice, So here's my story. First trip... The first time my pedicure was amazing!! Best I've had since moving to Florida. Till I got the bill. They charged me $77 for a $60 pedicure. (And before you ask I tipped her $15 cash because she was that good!) I asked why and the man ringing me up didn't speak very good English. And the lady who did my pedicure was nowhere to be seen, I was furious but I left. Hating myself because I read the reviews and every other one said this place does not have consistent pricing. But I thought I covered my bases by getting the menu showing them what I wanted so they were aware of what I was willing to pay, what a joke. I called back a couple days ago and asked why was I charged $77 for a $60 pedicure, again didn't speak good English. I asked to speak to the manager who asked me multiple questions, did I get gel polish? No, I did not. Did I get the heat wrap for my neck. Yes I did however that was included in price of my pedicure. He agreed that I was wrongly charged. He told me to come back and they would refund or credit the difference to another pedicure. As I had had a good experience the first time other than the pricing I decided to go back and just use it as a credit. I went back as a walk-in I wish I would've asked for the lady I had last time because this time the pedicure was a nightmare!!! Second trip... The gentleman that was doing my pedicure took off my old gel polish from a previous pedicure. Mind you this was three months later. He was using one of their power drill sanding tools on my toenail all of a sudden I've heard him curse, and then he put that down and walked away. He came back with glue put a little bit on my toe, and then continued sanding off the polish off the rest of my toes. I thought it was weird, but I was reading a magazine and trying to relax. I trusted he knew what he was doing. When I got home and actually went to change my clothes my toenail caught on my pants and ripped all the way into the fleshy part of the nail bed. It was so incredibly painful. I immediately called up the nail salon and asked again to speak to the manager and told him what I thought it happened and what my toes look like as you can see below. I truly think that he sanded my nails down so much that my nails were paper thin and broke and he actually tried to glue my nail back together. So now as you can see my toenail is ruined! And I'm in pain but they told me to come back in and they would fix it. Here I'm thinking how are they going to fix a tear all the way into my flesh? They redid almost all of my toes as you can see on the pictures as well was a horrible job painting with the toenail polish. And they put an acrylic overlay over my toenail to keep it from tearing more and to this day which is now six months later it still has not completely grown out to where I don't need acrylic on my toenail that's how bad it was! Not only are they shady, they prices listed mean nothing. They seem to make up prices as they go as many reviewer's have stated this. Buyer beware on who you get to do your nails! The first girl that I had her name is Michelle and she was amazing. I didn't even want to know the gentleman's name I was so angry and I still am to this day. I do not know how long it's gonna take for this nail to grow out because not only does it have to go out it has to heal as well. Please learn from my experience and do not go here! There are too many good nail salons in this area. Ones that stick by the pricing , are equally talented, And lastly don't hurt you! I have gone to Lunar Nails on Burnsed Boulevard, and Bellagio's's off of 441 and have nothing but wonderful experiences there. I only went here because it has blocks from my house, had decent ratings, amd the girls I normally see were booked. But I will never, EVER, go back to this place and neither should YOU!! read more

Showed up for my apptmt & he said he couldnt take me, said something about his mgr said "I have to do something else". What?? I had an apptmt, if you had to cancel, why not call me to let me know. Haven't been here in about a year, came in after work and had one of the best pedicure experiences i've had in a very long time!! Amazing service, variety of different services that are totally worth it. Very clean, nice people, and a plethora of nail accents from jewels, flowers, foils, marble, and more!
