The location also wasn't ideal during the massage, I heard two loud car alarms and an ambulance right outside the window, which made it hard to relax. While the masseuse was kind, the massage itself wasn't what I was looking for. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage but received more of a light, general massage with little pressure or technique. Considering the price (plus the generous tip I left), I was really disappointed overall. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return.

From start to finish, the entire experience was truly wonderful. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff. Misa introduced herself and showed me all the colors I could choose from for my pedi. The seating area is not a regular seat like at a nail salon. It felt like a queen's throne! It was wide, cushy, and had enough space to put my purse, phone and items. What really stood out to me was Misa's attention to detail and genuine care for my well-being. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience and even provided tips and recommendations. I recently moved to the area so it was helpful to learn about her experience as a mom of a middle schooler and activities through the parks and rec programs. Overall, I had a fantastic time at this spa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Then I was led to the first room, where my massage therapist inquired about areas to work in, which are always my neck and shoulders mostly. She gave me time to undress and returned shortly after. The other 2 did not relieve any pain for me. My back and neck tend to obtain knots like nobody's business so I find massage therapy very important. This spa is in a little plaza and it is very nice in every aspect. I have visited here 4 times and I cannot think of any complaints. As soon as I walk in, I have been greeted by Lyn (who was waiting for me) and usually a staff member sitting at the front desk. There is such a calming and warm energy as soon as you walk in. In the lobby, they have products for sale. There is also water and tea. The Whisper Lounge is an excellent feature and I think all spas should have this. I went to a spa years ago in Miami that had a room like this and it was such a valuable amenity. I usually do not get to sit there more a couple of minutes but one day I'll go early so I can sit and relax! There are several services provided here, such as facials and massages. There is also a new salt sauna that you can use for an additional fee. I would love to do an entire spa day there but like most places, it seems almost impossible to be able to book everything in the same day due to schedule conflicts. Although this spa is almost a 20 minute drive from home, the reward is worth it. I have had the best massage of my life here and I hope to continue coming here!

There is a shower and sauna along with mirrors and vanity to prep yourself for post-relaxation adventures. Spa Royale's relaxation room is expansive. Unwinding officially starts for me when I get to put my feet up in one of their loungers with a hot cup of tea, mixed snacks, and/or flavored water (changes weekly). Their facials are heavenly and their massages are legendary! While the Grand Indulgence is luxurious, I would actually recommend the Himalayan Salt or Deep Tissue. The Grand indulgence and 90-minute facial are similar with the them massaging your arms and feet with body butter followed by warming mitts. The Grand Indulgence also adds an invigorating scalp massage complete with warm oil (Note: your hair has never felt so soft and vivacious... but you may not want to go to a 5-star restaurant dinner after). All their therapists are experts in their craft- a special shoutout goes to David! What I especially appreciate is their privacy and professionalism. I have had my hair cut there and for pedicures. Today, I went for a fast pedicure and I had Sofia. As she was doing my service, I mentioned to her that my right toe hurt. She told me I had an ingrown toe nail and she had not touch it. Which is strange as she cut the toe nail and took care of the cuticle. I said, "It was not hurting when I arrived." When I was leaving, she my name is Sofia and NEVER book with me. I felt she was rude. As I was checking out, I was asked how my service was and I told them. The manager immediately said let me make this right for you. I told her I would pay for the service but she insisted. I will go back to the Ranch as it clean but I will stay away from Sofia as rudeness in my book is not acceptable.
