We have used Sanchez Construction a few times before and they did excellent jobs with our in-home renovations, so I don't understand why they completely dropped the ball with this one. We will never be using this company again for how they handled our last job. The fence we wanted put in is great, except that it is UNFINISHED! And, they used ROTTEN WOOD to complete the last section of the fence. The pillars alongside one of the gates were never cut, so we just have two large wooden beams sticking up a foot or more taller than the rest of the fence, which doesn't match the finished gate on the other side of the yard. There was a seven foot section of the fence that remained incomplete for days, and when called to ask, they had no idea about it and thought the job was done! So when the guys came back to finally finish the job, they used, not the fresh, new wood we had bought for the purpose of the fence, but OLD, ROTTEN, TERMITE-HOLE RIDDEN wood from a nasty, decades old pool deck we tore down ourselves about a month prior. So now our brand new fence has one section that is made from rotten planks that has termite holes covering the surface. Also, that section is BACKWARDS compared to the rest of the fence.
