Once the selling phase began, he added value by suggesting various different products and approaches we could take as well as and upgrades and ongoing specials which helped us get the most longevity and aesthetics at a great price. Once the installation of the new roof began, he communicated and handled unexpected challenges, delays, and errors efficiently. He didn't disappear once the job was sold.
