Look, I know everybody has different expectations and experiences, but seriously, you're making capital improvements to your home. There is going to be some mess; remember, omelettes only happen when you break a few eggs. Our experience with Window Nation deserves all the stars. From our sales visit by Esau (on a Saturday, no less) to the numerous communications regarding the status of our order, manufacturing, and delivery, to the actual install, the turnaround time was less than four weeks. What's not to like? Here's what we got: *Financing with some friendly terms *A total of 8 windows ordered *Borders/frames that matched our existing colors *Consistent, clear communication *A firm install date *A crew of two to remove, install, and haul away Here's what we expected: *All of that above Our eight, double-hung windows (doubles in both front windows) were installed cleanly and quickly and Matt walked me around each window to make sure I was satisfied with the work. No, it wasn't 'inexpensive' but the value will well outpace the investment over time. When I was moving furniture/blinds in preparation, I could hold a match near the old windows and watch the flame dance. Now? No movement, none. Drafts, be gone! If you aren't going to do the work yourself, then find a good provider. Window Nation delivered on everything we expected, and that's really all we can ask. It ain't going to be free, and if it was, then it would be cheap, too. This is fine product and solid workmanship coupled together to make a real upgrade to our home. The only individual that was less than thrilled with our experience was the dog, who runs this house anyway, and she had to be squirreled away while the install happened. We have had 12 windows installed in our house. The first 6 that were installed were great. We ordered another 6 windows. Two of the six windows were going into the bathroom. So they needed to be privacy glass. They said we have just what you need. I ordered the windows. The windows come and they look great. That night I went outside to see how the windows looked. I was not happy with the privacy of the windows. When I called Window Nation they said to put a blind up or window film on the window. The blind worked but we did not want to put a blind on the new window. read more

Window nation was scheduled to give us a quote but I called to cancel it. During the call the lady stated that they had a deal going where the quote was good for a whole year. This really caught my attention because we aren't in the market for windows right this minute, but wanted a quote that would last us a good year so we could really think it through. We ended up scheduling the 60-90 minute appointment we were told we would get - the appointment lasted 3 FREAKING HOURS. At the end when we finally got the quote, she told us it's an offer only good for today. I told her we were told the offer was going to be good for a year and she told us the price "before all the discounts" was the one that's good for a year - it was like $45,000 for 13 windows. The price we got for the day was $19,000 "if we signed today". We told her that we aren't people who buy anything the day of and she continued to pressure us, even giving her boss a call in front of us to get us a discount after we continued to tell her we were not interested in buying today. Moral of the story is - don't get a quote unless you are WANTING to purchase that day. They will definitely push you. Good thing is, if you're wanting to purchase that day, keep asking for more discounts and you'll probably get them. We were also told we would get a $100 restaurant gift card and a $50 visa gift card for them to give us this quote and we never received that. 3 hours of our life completely wasted. With a quote of $45,000 that's good for a year Ya gotta be kidding me. read more

I had an appt scheduled today at 12:00pm. I received a call at 12:05 from the call center stating the technician was at my home but no one was answering the door. I was at home so she said she'd call me back. she called back and said the agent was at the correct street address but wrong town, 30 min away. while waiting I went ahead and looked for the address he supposedly went to and surprise it didn't exist. I then received a call from the tech himself stating he had a flat tire. He went on to ask if I'd had multiple quotes and could just provide him with the measurements which I did not have. He then asked if I wanted to reschedule in three more days, I declined. I then received a call from window nation asking about an online inquiry for windows and she noticed it was a duplicate request so I can only assume the technician did this so I wouldn't call to complain. Salesman was great with a great personality and knowledge of products. Windows seemed good. Only issue was after the sales pitch, if you didn't make a purchase then they didn't leave any written estimate or information on the product. It was if they didn't want your business if you didn't sign a contract now. We just wanted other estimates from other companies. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. We invited Window Nation out in January of 2021 and after 4 hours of being strong armed by Dave Morgan, we finally signed a contract and financing agreement. When they showed up to install, they were missing 2 windows, when I tried to ask the installer questions about the missing windows, he became belligerent towards me in my own home. The quality of installation was so poor that we had to take unpaid time off work 3-4 more times for them to come correct issues. Although we signed the financing agreement several times over the course of the next 9 months, they never turned it in to the financing company and our account was closed. When I contacted the financing company in October 2021 to inquire about the closed account, I was informed that they did not have a financing program that we were offered by Window Nation in January of 2021. Window Nation demanded payment in full after the financing account was closed because they never turned over the signed paperwork, to which I replied with a fair offer for their subpar windows, shoddy installation, and lost wages. Almost a year later, I get a letter from an Attorney suing us for the total unpaid balance. I was forced to hire an Attorney to respond to their Attorney, and they still claim no fault. Good luck getting anything out of us for your poor quality windows, poor installation, poor attitude by your installer, and for failure to submit documentation to receive your funds in a timely manner. read more

Shawn Copeland was my sales rep and he will give you a good deal. I bought 8 windows from him and they were installed within 5 weeks, which I found to be a quick turnaround. The installation team was friendly and when I asked questions about the process (while they were doing it) they were happy to explain everything. They didn't leave until I inspected the windows and everything was perfect. I was so satisfied I bought 8 more windows to complete my entire house and Shawn gave me an even better deal the second time around. read more

I am beyond fed up with this company. If there were no stars I would pick that. When the sales lady came out everything seemed good we had to get financing and we were able to get that. After that we were told someone would come to measure. When they got here the guy didn't even know that we were getting the whole house. Then a couple weeks went by and I called them she said that we had to resign the contract because they didn't have the whole job on it. We did this. We were told they would call every week just to check in and let us know what is going on. This never happened! Mind you they said we would have our windows in in 8 weeks that was on Ausgust 20, 2020. So now fast forward to Oct.1st they told us that they would have to change the invoice again because they forgot to put a window on it. This then led to the finance company hard hitting our credit for a second time without our permission or knowledge fast forward a whole month later to November 13th our credit was ran a 3rd time hard hit. They said the the second time was due to them having to change the contract the third time was due to it being 3 months since we had contracted with WN. After this we kept calling and they gave us a huge run around. That the company that made the windows which i was told WN made their own windows, that because of covid they were behind. I was upset because nobody reached out to let us know this. I continuously called sometimes met with frustrated people. Then we were called and told that they had another company take over because they were so far behind. So in Oct. they had a manager reach out to me who got upset with me and told me that it MIGHT be another month.. How dare they get upset with us!!!!!! So at the end of December we were told after I called again that the windows would be in by mid January. So we have a date finally to have them installed. I took off work which is not easy to do. I get a phone call after the time of 8:30 am from the accounts woman saying they would not be able to make it due to rain. We knew for days there was a chance of rain yet they never let me know this could be an issue. Terri told me that the crew did not want to come out in the rain. I called back to Heather and told her they never showed up and there was no rain yet and that i was sick of this company. She seemed shocked and told me she would call me back. So she calls me back and says they will be out in a little bit. They got there around 12 the rain started about 1pm. The crew was nice enough however there is a lot of issues with the windows The front window has a board in it because we cannot lock it due to holes put in wrong place and then the locks put in another wrong place (manufacturer) the screen on the back is too big we have cracked frames on 2 windows the framing is lifting up on several windows and they did not have all my windows they were missing one. So due to rain they finished up and told us they would be back to finish on Sunday they did show up. Heather came out and looked around asked us to take pictures that her guys had already took and send them to her. She had also told us that she would have gift cards and that money would be taken off for all the problems we have faced. She had nothing for us but more excuses. We also were told that it was because of the way the old managers were running things and that they were trying to get things in order. Fast forward to March I called to set a date to have my windows installed and she said that they would have to find a time to FIT US IN BECAUSE THEY WERE REALLY BUSY. We are first time home buyers and this has been a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. It is now March 7, 2021 and we are still dealing with this. read more
