The fence installation overall went well but we immediately noticed some issues (warping, boards coming loose, gate installed backward, nails protruding), and it took several calls and texts to have someone come back out. Jeovanni finally returned and hammered a few errant nails in with promises the "crew" would return and fix the rest. 6 months and more excuses later, we have yet to hear back or have our fence repaired, despite repeated attempts on our end to reach them.

I called oct 2024 when the wire fence started to come apart at the seems and was not attached or braced in corners. They did come out and fix the first seam that busted but I have called, emailed and texted to have the remainder repaired. I have a text from an employee stating I would not be charged but no one answers the phone, email or text. The contract says they guarantee the materials for a year, I have been fighting this battle since October 2024, the fence was installed may 2024.

Tony and his crew drove up here to Atlanta from Grantville and were here by around 9 am, and finished by noon.
