My wife and I recently had the opportunity to tour the models currently under construction and we were tremendously impressed with the quality of workmanship displayed in these models. If only I was 20-30 years younger I would not hesitate for a moment in engaging Cranford Homes to build a custom home for us. The only actions taken were the complete demolition of my master bathroom and destruction that placed my home at risk: he cut through a structural support beam and damaged the building envelope to the point where daylight was visible through the exterior walls. Despite these facts, Alex continued to demand more money while failing to complete even the most basic tasks. Communication was sporadic and unprofessional, with repeated promises followed by no actual progress. When confronted, rather than take accountability, he denied responsibility--just as he has done with other documented complaints online. He will take your deposit and extort more funds for the job to be completed. This situation left my property compromised, unsafe, and requiring immediate corrective work. I strongly caution anyone considering Trimelogic to avoid this contractor entirely. Engaging Alex with your home exposes you to severe financial loss and safety risks. The majority of the tasks that were promised to be completed were left incomplete or not even started, yet they still requested more money. On top of that, they often left things a mess, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Additionally the owner of the business reached out to me directly and I shared my poor experiences with Trimelogic and wanting to be returned the money associated with the work that was never started and they never got back to me. I would not recommend Trimelogic to anyone looking for reliable communication, timely work, honesty, and quality workmanship. Save yourself the stress, time, and money -- hire someone who values honesty, communication, and proper execution.

Chris, from Integrity Construction, came out, inspected my deck and gave me options for what needed to be done. I was impressed with his honesty and the fact that he did not pressure me to replace the deck instead of repairing it. When his team came our to do the work, they were polite, respectful and worked well as a team, completing the work in two days and doing a great job of cleaning up after the work was finished. I was also impressed that they used a technique that hid all screws which improved the look of the deck and make it easier to maintain in the future. It is my pleasure to recommend them.
