I have been coming to this clinic for over a year now and every person here is very friendly and helpful. I have lost the weight I was aiming to get to but still want to lose more- Out of all the visits today has been far the worst! Shannon use to be the main doctor you meet with to help get the jump start to your weight lose and I have not been in for a few weeks for the pills so I had to meet with the New Doctor. Her name is Mahshid Agahi. SHE IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL PERSON! She had me sign a consent for the new pills which I realized some of the issues I had previously were likely to be related to the Phentermine. When she asked if I had any surgeries in the last year I told her yes that ones listed on the consent form. She started claiming it was purely genetics and nothing related to the pills- I told her I am sure they were part of the reason but she kept getting crazy with me. When I told her I didn't want to continue speaking about my personal life and family she got pissed and told me to leave she was not going to assist me. The facts are there and she is fending that it could not be possible is a joke ( they should not have the side effects listed on the consent if its not possible to have in that case). They need to get rid of this lady and have someone who has better education on their products. And she has no right to be yelling at clients. At the end of the day, Im fine walking out. She is the one losing from her paycheck if her attitude continues. Thank you SO much A Thinner You for really helping me kick start my life change. This clinic so amazing, everyone working here is SO sweet! I know some people dont really like "chatty" staff, but its nice to come into a place and be able to talk to the staff, i mean we see each other every week lol! Tony at the front desk and the bearded guy with the tattoos are always making me smile! Their staff is really encouraging and even when you have a bad week and haven't hit the goal you set for yourself they are supportive. AND NEVER PUSH ANY PRODUCTS ON YOU Because this is the first clinic that i have gone too where the Nurse Practitioners really see you're charts and constantly ask how you are feeling with their medications and supplements, that is very important to me because it shows they are in this for the people not just pushing products. If I can give 10 stars best believe I would! My first time walking in I was nervous and unsure but that quickly flew out the door the staff is Awesome their vibe and professionalism made me feel comfortable the office set up is professional ,warm, and welcoming they have an Awesome play area which my kiddos (3,4,6) are obsessed with and most of all they really care about their patients and that is very Important to me....I have had great results on my weight loss journey with them I am almost at my goal weight thanks to their help!! I am absolutely impressed with the staff here, they are very friendly! Compared to other centers it's much more affordable going here because they don't have any consulting fees or hidden fees! The process for injections and getting medication is extremely fast, I felt comfortable and safe and the place is clean! It's been a month, and I've went from 331 to 318 from their program. If you're looking for help to lose weight I would definitely recommend this place ! From the moment you walk in you're greeted by warm and caring staff ... all of the assistants are knowledgeable and explain each and every supplement in great detail . Love this place. The staff is very nice and welcoming! I will always come back! I really appreciate how they take care of me and how they have helped me manage my weight. The medication is easy on my system and I have not experienced any side affects while taking it. This is one of the most professional clinics that I have experienced. The staff is friendly and professional. There is a process of check in that they have established to improve the customer experience. They really work on keeping the waiting time to a minimial. Let me first off say this if you are planing to loose weight this is the place to go my first week I dropped 8 pounds no kidding and all I did was walked 1.5 miles a day for a week also I ate pretty clean I followed their weekly meals in addition the place is very clean and the staff are very helpful and and friendly best place ever so far. read more
