The receptionist asked me to come back to weigh in and take my blood pressure. Before, they would do the weigh in behind closed doors. This time, they had me walk behind the front counter for these tasks. They even had non-workers (a couple) walk back where I was at. They could clearly see my readings if they were looking. I already felt vulnerable being here. I then waited in the lobby to see the doctor. It was not Mr. Nguyen. I couldn't tell who was the doctor with all the people that were coming in and out. Random people kept chatting and walking in and out of that front office like it was just a hang out. One person arrived late to her appointment but they saw her right away. Which is fine, but I waited a total of 45 minutes. I decided to finally walk out since this didn't felt like a place that cared. As soon as I walked to my car, this person taps on my window and apologizes for the wait but they wanted to see if maybe the GLP would be better because of my blood pressure. Okay, So now you had time to come see me after I had to leave. I'm just so disappointed in this place. It has totally gone down hill since Mr. Nguyen is no longer here.

However, the experience completely changed once I arrived. I showed up about 15 minutes early and wasn't greeted by the front desk. The staff seemed unprofessional and disengaged. After signing a consent form, I was told there would be a $25 fee, which I agreed to. When I explained I was there for a consultation for facial balancing, I was repeatedly asked if I was going to get the procedure done that same day. I clarified that I was only there for a consultation, as discussed when booking. Then I was told the consultation would actually cost $50, which was never clearly explained beforehand (I was only told about a $25paperwork fee). The lack of transparency, constant pressure, and unprofessional behavior made me feel very uncomfortable. I decided to leave rather than spend money at a place that didn't make me feel welcomed or respected. I would not recommend this business. Customer service matters, especially when services can cost over $1,000, and this place did not meet expectations.

At times they forget to remove from the cost of the $50 deposit off the service when completed. I'm also not a fan of their monthly service package. I don't see much savings when added up. Their injectors aren't bad at all. Their weight loss program is as good as others. I didn't do the GLP1 I preferred phentermine.
