Not a Great Experience at all Took my car in other day The gentlemen there working very bad attitude took the car into be tinted brought morning time it was early couldn't find the building mostly because wrong name on the building had to call him he talked to me horrible told me thanks alot for waking up his kid, Drop the Car off work was done in good time, but have notice after bubbles forming all over it, Friends told me i should report it, did call him this morning again he talked horrible to me about i just hung up. Contacted Chris and he was able to adjust projects and get my car in same day. Amazing work, very professional and attention to detail. Been doing tint since age 14 and it shows. The waiting room looks like a man cave, you will enjoy the decor...and turnaround time was exceptional. Good thing first...I think the price is fair. $55 after tax for two windows (and he did it really quickly, which turns out wasn't actually a good thing). Now for the bad. He (Chris), did a terrible job. Air bubble city. I called him so I could come back in and he wanted me to bring it up first so he could see how long it would take, and then make me an appointment. I don't live that close and tried to explain the issues over the phone (air bubbles and what looked like a tear in the tint due to an air bubble), so I didn't have to make three trips there. He refused. Said he was open till 5, so I told him I'd be by that week after 4. I drove all the way there and he wasn't there. Some other guy was in the parking lot that must have known Chris, as he asked me if I'd like him to text him. I said yes please. The guy said Chris would be back in 30 minutes. I didn't have time to wait. After knowing Chris could receive and send texts, I text him, explaining that I came by and he wasn't there, that I didn't want to have to make a total of now, four trips there and asked if I could text him pictures. He called back, was very rude and said that he's a "business man" and doesn't text like a "teenager" (um, come on dude, it's 2016, not to mention, he text that guy RIGHT back). Anyway, I finally talked him into letting me text him pictures (which I will include with this review). He called back and said it would take him an hour to 1.5 hours to fix it. So, here I sit, waiting while I type up this review. So, it took him 50 minutes to "fix" it. He said what I thought was a tear was actually a hair or fuzz or something (which is just as bad). He said he redid both windows and said "it looks good now". Never apologized once. I looked at the outside and it looked fine, however, there are some spots I noticed on the inside, on the way home, that are concerning. If I have to go back again, I will ask he remove the tint and give me my money back. I suppose I'm taking a risk posting this too soon, but if he doesn't text like a "teenager", then maybe he doesn't even know Yelp exists. Long story short, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get your windows tinted. read more

He's kind of a rude person. But, he was recommended, so I put up with it. His prices were higher than other people, but I figured service and quality would be provided with it. Unfortunately there were a few bubbles than never went away, even after a week, on 2 of the 5 glasses. My vehicle was also left dirty with water marks on the doors. If it wasn't for his rudeness and his lack of care for the cleanliness of my vehicle, I would've made him fix his work. But I'd rather pay someone else to do so. I've experienced far better for much less elsewhere. read more

He's def the best in NWA...have had multiple vehicles tinted by him and he warranties all his work.
