I was hit while parked in a parking lot late January. After battling with the person at fault, both insurance companies, and the initial body shop the insurance company recommended, I found Jim and Matt at Joe Bumper through a friend of mine. Their customer service, communication, and timeliness were excellent. Last but not least their work alone speaks for their quality. I was kept in the loop in regards to insurance progress through e-mail/text and their work was finished before the estimated time frame. Matt was available to assist me any time I had any questions and was willing to work with the insurance company as well. I posted a few pictures of the before and after. I had recently had the entire car repainted and buffed out. Their body work and paint job fits seamlessly and is blended perfectly. My 350z looks like new. I don't think I can recommend them enough. I am very satisfied with my experience. Hopefully I won't be put in that situation again but if I am I know who I am heading to for any of my vehicles needs. read more

I had a minor repair that needed to be done. Called around to several body shops and it was a two week wait just to get an estimate! I work close by and thought I would stop in on a fluke. They gave me an estimate within 10 minutes. Once insurance sent me a check I called to schedule my trunk lid realignment and I was able to get in the next day. Dropped it off and within two hours they had the car back to me. Looks perfect! I am already planning on them helping with some chipping paint on my bumper. Great service and easy to work with. My 2016 Outback had many dents and scratches. . . Was thinking of getting a new car. But decided to try and fix it up. . . Enter Joe Bumper. Jim took his time explaining what he could do and so I left it in his expert hands. I drove away in a loaner car. I went to pick it up and saw it in the parking lot. I went to go and put my bag into the car, opened the door and looked inside. I thought "this is not my car, it is way to clean". Not only did he take care of the outside, but the inside as well. The guy saves me money wherever possible, does a complete breakdown of the costs, even sells me a spare part to make it cheaper, then delivers the fixed up car in less than 3 days. This is my 3rd time to use Joe Bumper and extremely satisfied as usual. Had pretty significant accident in my Tahoe and the team did a great job on it. Looks like new on the outside and even the inside came back cleaner than when it was dropped off. I was always kept in the loop as things came up which was much appreciated. After car body was repaired they felt it just wasn't riding right so reached out to a trusted mechanic to take a look and got those things fixed as well. They worked with insurance company to get items related to wreck covered and worked hard to save me money on things that were not covered. I had work done on my car a few months ago. They fixed the bumper with no problems. However, they caused a major issue with my convertible top and could not get it to work properly. I have my suspicions that the car was not ready for a few extra days because they were trying to fix the issue and could not. Everything was working before the car was brought in for servicing. I had to take it to another service center to fix it and it cost almost $500. I asked to be reimbursed for the cost and even took the repair statement to them and of course I have been given the runaround ever since. Be diligent about making sure EVERYTHING is working properly before you leave their place. I should never have taken the car home. I should have left it there until it was working properly. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to be reputable. read more

We have had Joe Bumper paint four vehicles for us, a 72 Land Cruiser, 86 Chevy Scottsdale, and 2 K5 Blazers. The land cruiser was a complete restoration and the other 3 have been project trucks. These vehicles were a mess to look at before taking them into Joe Bumpers. The guys there turned them into absolute head turners and show stoppers. The body work they've done is without flaw and the paint jobs are stunning. They really care about and take huge amounts of pride in their work and it clearly shows. I spent several visits in their shop, pouring over paint colors trying to decide what color I wanted my blazer. The guys never got cross with me even though I took up so much of their time. They worked with us on our budget. They even went above and beyond in several ways - one of them painted my windshield wiper arms because they needed it and looked bad with the new paint job. I will never take my cars somewhere else for body work and neither should you! In fact, the K5s are going in next week for window tinting. I had to have a bad dent with a crease in it repaired in the passenger door of my 2-1/2 week brand new Jeep Cherokee where someone had hit it very hard. The repair required paint and body work and was unable to be covered under my insurance or warranty plans. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and had it back Tuesday evening. I am so happy with the results. When I picked it up, the Deep Cherry Red Crystal Pearl Coat paint was matched perfectly. The door looked as it was new and there was never anything wrong with it. Upon inspection by me and then a few of my friends, all reports was that it was a fantastic job. Additionally, they were able to work with Maximus Auto Group on a pea-sized ding in the driver door and have it covered under my paintless dent repair warranty. I only had to have the vehicle in the shop once. Wes Perkins, my adviser, was so friendly and helpful. They even had a loaner car I was able to drive so I did not have to hassle with a rental car. If you have hail damage and your insurance company is involved, don't use Joe Bumper. They let my car sit in their shop for 4 days even though they already received over 2,200 dollars. They were waiting for the remaining 500 dollars to arrive before beginning work. They had promised me twice that they would begin work, but didn't. I finally picked up my car and the insurance company instructed them to send the checks back to them. I'm going to a different repair shop. I'm also out the cost of a car rental for 4 days. read more
