Bill and the team worked on my car that needed a new side mirror. They gave me a quick estimate and was nice and friendly. They gave me options and help me choose the right one for my situation. When they ordered the part and it came in I had to leave out of town unexpectedly. They were flexible in me having to change when I could come in and held on to the part for me. They worked me in and was done in less than a hour. The office space is small. Due to COVID, i recommend going in when no other customer is there or talk with them outside if you can. Just to preface this has been one of my worst weeks in awhile. My grandmother passed, my knee dislocated working out, THEN MY 1 YEAR OLD CAR GOT KEYED (2 panels at Walmart Supercenter Bentonville). The manager there couldn't see in the cameras what happened because another car was blocking the whole side that was keyed. So therefore calling the police wouldn't help and I had to go get a quote and/or file insurance. Then I go to Bentonville Auto Body. The people in the office were SO nice, were empathetic and the owner Jason was quick to give me a great quote and helped buffed out my car right then and there. The whole process took under 30min. I hit a deer while traveling through Arkansas and had it towed to Bentonville Auto Body. I had to rent a car to travel the rest of the way to SC. Jason provided outstanding customer service. He called around town to help me find a better rate on a rental car. He worked with me on the storage of my totaled vehicle until I could figure out what to do with it. Every interaction I had with him was pleasant. He's got a great attitude and did everything he could to help me out. It's nice to know that there are still folks out there who care. Dishonest, unprofessional, racist "good ole boys". My car was hit by a tree branch from high winds on March 31. I took it to Bentonville Auto Body on 4/3 for an estimate. Listened to the owner tell me all the damage that needed repair, much of which had nothing to do with the tree branch, but he knew how to work the insurance. Emailed me an estimate for $1400 on 4/6. Insurance immediately issued me a check for the total, minus my deductible. On Thursday 4/28 Bentonville Auto Body called to tell me to drop off my car Sunday evening. Said the work would be completed by Wednesday 5/3. I dropped it off as requested and dropped the keys in the overnight slot that Sunday evening. On Tuesday morning, 5/2, I received a call from them wanting me to explain the estimate because he was confused. What on earth? The owner called me back and hem hawed with some ridiculous story he expected me to believe. "The ball got dropped somewhere" and an incomplete estimate had been written. This is the same person who wrote the estimate on 4/3. He said there was much more damage and he would email me a new estimate. Naturally I wasn't real pleased with this, and he said if I didn't want to accept his apology, I could come and get my car and take it somewhere else. In a couple of hours a new estimate was emailed. New estimate was $5600, and they would need to keep my car a minimum of 21 days. I immediately went and got my car, so relieved to be able to take it somewhere/anywhere else. read more

Got my husbands truck detailed here the other day overall 9/10 great customer service. Awesome service. Price i guess is pretty reasonable? There were a few spots I pointed out after they cleaned that needed to be redone or were missed and they are happy to do it. I called to make an appointment and they squeezed me in the same day. I left them a disaster resulting from a 20 hour round-trip road trip. When I picked my car up I almost didn't recognize it! It was so shiny clean and brand-new looking! Actually it didn't look this good when I bought it! They were so kind to wait after they closed shop for me to pick up my vehicle. Last week I got into a minor fender bender and I needed to get my car repaired. Not only did they get my car in within a few days, they completed the repairs in the time they told me. It was only in the shop from Monday-Wednesday. As a young woman who knows nothing about cars, I have been haggled in the past from other businesses for oils changes, tires, etc, simply because I did not know what I needed for my car. I have been heavily up charged in the past by other businesses. Not this one. They were so kind and reassuring during my first fender bender repair. The owner of the business communicated from the get-go how much and how long, and not once did I feel like I was being haggled like at the other businesses. I will be going here in the future if I ever need repairs done, but let's hope I won't get into anymore fender benders. They also detailed the inside and outside of my car, which it desperately needed!
