My elderly parents were present at the property to assist, and I had arranged to meet him during my lunch break from work. Upon arrival, I found no issues accessing the property there were no "large rocks" blocking the entrance as he claimed. Unfortunately, he had already left before the scheduled time without proper communication. Instead, he states that we send photos of the structure. This experience was a significant waste of time and demonstrated a lack of professionalism, reliability, and respect for our schedule. I would not recommend this service based on our experience.
