Shopped around. They did not have the lowest price but not the highest - reasonable overall. They were super clear on their services provided. I needed a Key Fob programmed (via computer) and cut to specification. Gall (sp) arrived within his 35 minute time frame given, clarified the pricing and what I wanted. Made sure the key type was correct (OEM fob) and programmed and cut in about 10 minutes - in our garage. Given how much dealers charged for we probably saved $200-250. Quick, clear cut, good work. In the end, efficient, fast service that got the job done! Starting out...that was less than ideal. The technician, who I believe was the owner, was rough around the edges and his frustrations and issues with his own busy day were worn visibly on his face and added irritation to his manners. Basically, I found him on Yelp, saw the great reviews, and contacted him as his location was less than a mile from my dilemma. I called and told him I was at the West Corona Metrolink on Auto Center Dr. I even gave him details that I Googled the directions and he was 0.9miles from my car. As I waited, wondering what could be taking so long given the fact that he was less than a mile away and that he said he was leaving immediately, he called and said he couldn't find me. Where was I in the parking structure? Odd...he had asked about the parking structure on the previous phone call and I said there was no parking structure, and that it was just an open parking lot. Turns out, he went to the wrong location. He had it in his mind that I was on Main St. He did ask me before if the place was on Main, and I had said that it was on Auto Center...that the address was 155 Auto Center and that it was 0.9 miles from him. He was very brusque on the phone, saying I misled him and that he didn't have time for this because he was really busy. When he finally arrived in person, he re-state that I misled him and we had an "unfriendly" discussion about me wasting his time, causing him to drive to Main, etc. and me arguing that I had from the start said: 1) Auto Center Dr. 2) West Corona Metro Link 3) 0.9 miles from you 4) DID NOT MISLEAD YOU IN ANY WAY To his credit, he said he was upset about other things and that it wasn't my fault and that he was sorry for coming across as fiesty because he was extremely busy and didn't plan on this job taking so much time (due to getting lost). I'm a softy and I responded in like manner and then we got along just fine after that. He even gave me a discount at the end and we wished each other a happy Thanksgiving. He came out and cut me a new motorcycle key the same day I called. Showed up early, got the job done professionally. He ended up having to take apart my gas tank lock to make a new key from scratch. Everything works and I'm very satisfied. ----Update---- 07/07/15 I carelessly broke the key over the 4th of July holiday. He came out and made me a new key from the broken parts.
