Sometimes, a person answers, and I just ask for the automated system. This particularly day Eric answered the phone. I was going to ask to be transferred to Megan, the automated system, but he was so lively, and genuinely nice, and happy, I decided to just allow him to do my bill. I really appreciated his positive energy!! It is rare these days!! His energy is unique and appreciated!! Thanks for the exceptional customer service!!!

Stacy was so supportive, nice and pleasant. She showed me a storage unit that was very clean and nicely kept. She took her time to explainprocess of renting a storage unit and gave me multiple options to allow me to choose the best option for me. Then today when I called in to cancel my account, I was told normally there is a 10 day notice required due to my auto-pay status. Nicole was able to have my auto-pay shut down immediately and waived the 10 day notice requirement. Great pricing, excellent customer service - the property is tucked away, well-maintained, and most definitely secure. Should I ever need storage again, I will definitely be returning.

Cannot get a call back whatsoever been trying to call for 2 consecutive days and nobody response. I…read morecalled yesterday at 10am and 2pm and they call me back at 430pm hey if they don't want my money I'm not begging for them to take my money. Customer service is non existent this is an unmanned property but they had someone working at a Chicago branch that was just ignorant and if you're gonna have a unmanned facility at least have someone check the messages more than once a day. The value is ZERO Not worth the money that they charge especially if you need help realize they gonna take hours to get back in contact with you. I've been attempting service now for 2 straight days with over 7 phone calls using all of my phone lines and they have called back one time and that was hours later while I was at work and couldn't really talk at that time.
