The major problem came when he decided to text me the next morning scolding me like I was his child because I didn't let him know I got my situation taken care of. This texting went on for 15 - 20 minutes. I tried to let him know that I was sorry and things happen. I got busy and when I never heard confirmation, I assumed he couldn't make it. (On the phone he mentioned he might not be able to) He didn't seem to care about that and mentioned that he was ok if I left a bad review. I called them and my call was answered by Brittany in the office who was so friendly and accommodating. I told her that we needed 2 large limbs removed before a shed was to be delivered. It turned out that the shed was delivered a day early and was put in its place right underneath the limbs that needed to be removed. Luke came out promptly and carefully removed both limbs that were in a tricky spot hanging over the new shed. He did an excellent job! Luke is very knowledgeable about what he does and such a kind young man. He took great care of us and we will definitely recommend him to anyone we know who needs a good tree service. My neighbor and I had them remove a very old and HUGE Oak, a HUGE Pine that was close to our house, a Maple and they also trimmed 3 other large trees that were all on both our property lines and needed removed due to the damage they were making. The crew showed up and used both their bucket truck as well as climbed them to cut and trim as well. They did a FANTASTIC job from the start to completion you'd never known they had been here once they finished as they cleaned up every twig and even the sawdust that landed on my Brand New Roof which I was also worried about, and nothing ever even came close to the roof coming down aside from the sawdust!
