Unfortunately, that is not the way things ended up with the issues afterwards. The yard cleanup was not very thorough. If a better yard cleanup would have been done, they certainly would have noticed that a piece of their equipment was left behind in my yard. The other issue, which I didn't notice until the next day, was that they had caused a large crack in my sidewalk when they backed their truck onto my yard. I called them that day regarding the equipment piece left and the cracked sidewalk. At that time, I asked if the cracked sidewalk was something that they covered and was told it was. Also, that day, someone from the company came over to pick up equipment and to take pictures of the sidewalk crack. He informed me that someone from the company would be contacting me. Since that time, I've called 2 more times and left 2 more messages. It has now been over 3 wks. and there has been absolutely NO RESPONSE from Tree Service. If you have a problem, you will be completely ignored. I truly regret choosing Tree Service to do the job and I definitely would not recommend them.

I already reviewed one of them. Ilya's was the winner however. I needed the work done fast because I have 2 other projects coming. I met him on a Friday wednesday he is here doing it all. Highly professional AND very knowledgeable about trees in general. He was NOT what I expected. He looked an an Old Oak towering over my garage and told me that the tree was in great health so not urgent to do. However the front was. I got 3 quotes while he was not the best price wise he was within 100 dollars and did I mention FAST!? Professional. All business. If you are getting quotes. I would get a quote from this place. It went extemely well. They are coming back to get the stumps on another day. Great on communication. Really cared about the job he was doing.
