    "Crispy" fries.

This was our favorite pizza place for years. A few months ago I ordered a cheese pizza, fries and a lasagna dinner for delivery. Firstly, the delivery guy gets snarky with me because there are no numbers on our house. We had just had the house painted and hadn't gotten around to putting the numbers back up. Then when I went to look at the food the pizza was so greasy it had completely soaked through the box. The cardboard was soggy from all the grease, it was like they poured a bottle of oil in there before putting the pizza in. Disgusting. Today I decided to give them another shot. Ordered a large order of fries and asked for crispy, a lasagna dinner, a small pepperoni pizza and a small, half veggie half cheese pizza. Alas, it hasn't improved, it's gotten worse. The pizzas were both burnt, the crusts were black and hard, there was no half cheese pizza, they made the whole thing veggie. And then there was the fries. I know I asked for crispy (not for the first time) but these things were inedible. Most were just a shell, nothing inside. I don't even know how they managed to do this. I've never seen anything like it. Two stars because the lasagna was okay. Needless to say, we won't be back. Such a shame, we were huge fans.

I recently ordered take-out from A Touch of Basil for a small game night, and it was the right call. The service I received was incredibly cheery and fast, the menu is varied and reasonably priced, and the food is tasty overall! I'm taking off one star simply because the eggplant parmesan was a little underwhelming -- it could've used some more flavor and definitely more marinara.

In the area running errands decided to stop by for a quick lunch, i've had good experiences here in the past we don't frequent this establishment because my wife enjoys a cold beer, They do not serve beer or wine, bummer, anyways upon entering the establishment (no one was there) except for the staff 2 waitresses and a cook. By the way looked directly at me and said nothing. I asked if I should seat myself they replied yes, So right off the bat they have every fan in the place along with a large fan on the counter at full blast! A wind tunnel, making it very uncomfortable to sit here and eat, so after eight minutes of sitting looking at a menu, which I picked up myself I go to the counter and ask the young lady if someone will be taking my order? Or can I order from the counter which she said u can order right here, I order a five count Buffalo wings and two slices of pizza, sausage and pepperoni, it arrives in 12 minutes together no problem however I bite the pizza and some of the sausage slices on top are cold? The pizza was hot, must've been a rush job because again the sausage slices were serve cold at least most, pizza was tasty, the Buffalo wings were also tasty however, not tossed, sauce was drizzled over the top, a little bit lazy but I digress, it seems the standards slip when the owner Chef is not in the building, slightly disappointed, again the food is good, but the details and consistency are clutch. I have spoken ..

I'm almost at a loss for words when it comes to explaining how awesome this place is. It's THAT good! Don't be alarmed when you walk into the tiny little pizza shop. Every single thing we tried here was amazing, and gave us enough leftovers for a whole other meal! The tables were clean; and the staff was incredibly friendly as well. You can't go wrong on the menu here, just pick something that sounds good and prepare to be satisfied. Pro tip: add some Parmesan and garlic to your fries (supplied on each table) and don't forget to order dessert!

A touch of Basil certainly delivers on their largest pizza. One is always greeted with the happiest staff and the pizza is guaranteed to make one smile. Between Bella Roma and Touch of Basil these are two best in Saint Cloud. If one is doing a birthday party Touch of Basil delivers in size

The staff is super nice! We had the lobster ravioli and it was tasty. The house special pizza was good but I am not crazy about the sausage (I am picky about sausage since I do not like the flavor of caraway seed). The garlic knots are nice with lots of sautéed garlic and herbs. The place was hopping with takeout and delivery orders. Our food got to us quickly and the prices were reasonable. We will visit again if we get back to this neck of the woods. They have sodas but no fresh brewed, sweet tea, but I won't hold that against them.

The first time, I also tried the Japanese Firecracker wings and the Honey wings. From what I remember, they were both excellent. I didn't see the Firecracker wings on the menu this time, so I went with the BBQ instead. While I still prefer the Firecracker and Honey flavors, the BBQ wings were good too. I especially like that Bella's wings are crispy, with the sauce serving as the perfect finishing touch. I dislike baked wings that are soft and soggy. Their pizza is simply sublime. It reminds me of a classic New York style pizza, with a crust that's crisp on the outside tender on the inside. I've never actually dined inside the restaurant, so I can't comment on the atmosphere, but I can certainly speak to their customer service. I ordered through Uber Eats and didn't see an option to add anchovies on the side. Bella's staff took the extra step to fulfill my request anyway and billed me accordingly. That kind of attention to detail goes a long way. Congratulations Bella Roma on 26 years!

For pizza, the server recommended the Santa Pepperoni as their most popular pizza. The crust was crispy, thin to medium thickness with a bit of char on the edges, just how I like it. The server recommended a medium for 2 adults to share but we ordered a large so we could have leftovers for dinner (we were full after 2 slices each and had half to take home). For an appetizer, the server said the burrata plate is their most popular, but due to our mood we ordered the truffle fries which were quite hearty as if they were cut and twice fried in house. In general, truffle oil can linger on the tastebuds but that is not the case here, the fries were perfectly salty with a mild truffle flavor that did not interfere with other foods. I can see myself never ordering the same thing twice as there are many menu options. I look forward to returning! Santa Mozzarella is located in a Winn Dixie shopping plaza with plentiful shared parking. There is indoor seating only and seating is limited as this establishment is quite small. We dined on a busy Sunday afternoon and somehow no customers were left waiting. The timing all worked out as people were ending their meal as new guests arrived. The staff were all very kind and efficient and we saw a variety of entrees being served that all looked amazing. This is a restaurant I look forward to returning to.

Santa Mozzarella took over an old pizza shop and transformed it into something classy and quaint, perfect for an intimate date night or a great spot to bring the whole family for a really good meal. I have been here about three times in the last few months and every visit gets better. The meatballs are by far my favorite. Made with veal, ground beef and sausage and topped with ricotta, they are the softest, most delicious meatballs I have ever had. The beef arancini is also one of the best I have tried anywhere. I have also had the fettuccine Alfredo and the penne alla vodka, both incredibly flavorful. Service has been amazing every time. Our server Hannah was attentive and full of joy, the kind of service that makes the whole experience even better. Now let's talk pizza because IT IS the best in town. The Santa Pepperoni is incredible, loaded with crispy pepperoni cups, fresh mozzarella, basil and a drizzle of hot honey on top. The Meat Lovers is also fantastic with sausage, pepperoni, ham and steak. I genuinely do not want any other pizza in my life after trying these. Santa Mozzarella has a loyal customer in me and I cannot wait to keep coming back.

It's a small place with limited seating, but we were able to sit right away, which was a plus. We ordered a large pie, half chicken with vodka sauce and half pepperoni, plus a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Let's start with the highlight: the pizza was fire. The chicken with vodka sauce was absolutely divine, easily the standout. Honestly, we all agreed we should've just gotten the whole pie that way because it was that good. The pepperoni side was solid too, but that vodka combo stole the show. Now...the downside. The cheesesteak missed the mark completely. It lacked flavor, the bread wasn't great, and overall it was pretty disappointing. I was close to giving this place 3 stars because of that, but at the end of the day--it's a pizza spot, and the pizza delivered. So 4 stars it is. Just stick to the pizza and you'll be happy.
