I stopped by Anthony's Pizza & Pasta for a quick lunch while I was running errands, and it ended up being one of those pleasant surprises. I ordered a slice and found out it was plain cheese, but I was really craving pepperoni. Without hesitation, the owner added pepperoni to my slice and even brushed the crust with garlic butter seasoning just the way I asked. That first bite did not disappoint. The crust had that perfect crunch, and the pizza was fresh and full of flavor. Before I left, the owner shared that they're working on some exciting updates, including daily specials, a new website, and an app for online ordering. It's always nice to support a local business that's continuing to grow, and I'm looking forward to stopping by again to see what's new. read more

First off they say they sell pizza by the slice, and they had none and weren't gonna make none and it was 6: 30 pm. WTH!! Second the pizza was overpriced and it was just a cheese and pepperoni. A can of soda cost $2.76. An order of 5 wings ( Overcooked by the way) cost an arm and a leg. And then an extra $1.00 for a small dip cup of blue cheese. That's not all, it gets better... The guy who works the cash register is a SNOB... And comes with a new dip cup of ranch, and says it is another $1.00. Mind you he didn't ask me if I wanted blue cheese or ranch. He just assumed. SMH. Lastly, They didn't have a good customer service nor professionalism. And this all cost 40 dollars. Don't go there. You're gonna be robbed at the cash register. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza and garlic knots and were very disappointed. Pizza had very little ham and pineapple on it and the garlic knots taste and look like dinner rolls with a little butter (no garlic) on them. We got 2 orders of "garlic" knots and one of them was burnt. The replacement was a little better but still burnt. There was no garlic in the garlic knots! Our favorite pizza place (Taste of Basil) was closed today so we tried something new but we'll never to back to Anthony's pizza again. read more

Pizza time review. I finally decided to try Anthony's pizza in Saint Cloud, Fl. First, the store was completely empty. I ordered a plain cheese pizza which took approximately 25 minutes to receive. The pizza came out on a tray with no stand. No utensils were provided. The pizza immediately gave off a doughy Oder. There appeared to be 3 pounds of cheese on top which had melted all together and I could not tell where a slice began and ended. After retrieving my own plastic utensils, I carved a slice out of the gooey cheesy mess. I picked the slice up and the entire glob of cheese fell off. The slice had 100 % flop and the pizza tasted old and dowsed in garlic and not the fresh garlic. The waitress never checked on us because her boyfriend walked in to order. Overall, pizza was disgusting, table service was substandard, and I left there feeling sick to my stomach. I gave it a (1) star because someone had to make that monstrosity. Never going back! Also, being a Brooklyn NY native PLEASE TAKE THE "NEW YORK STYLE PIZZA" off your menu. That's a total insult. One last thing; COMPLETELY OVER PRICED. Ok, so I didn't choose Anthony's, it was ordered for me from a friend as a nice surprise, but I will certainly order from them again. The chicken parm was so tasty, even on day two. The portions were a good size for my ravenous family too. We had a little bit of everything delivered; lasagna, garlic bread, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parm, and a huge friggin salad. It was all very comfort food tasty. When you are feeling like you want an Italian food hug, I suggest giving Anthony's a try. If you are a chicken parm fan, I would try theirs. Anthony's has a great variety and feels like I'm eating food that someone's mom cooked, and I mean that is a good way. When this place opened, they were great, but the food quality seems to have taken a nosedive. I ordered mozzarella sticks but got wings, I tried them. Not only were they bland, but there was barely any sauce on them. Next, the garlic knots, they were decent but not like regular garlic knots, instead they were more like Hawaiian rolls with garlic and butter on them. Way too thick. I also ordered a small Stromboli. The onions and peppers in them were raw, and the bread tasted burnt. Finally a chicken parm. There was way too much cheese and the chicken tasted dry and tasteless. Like it was frozen. Ordered the special that was 2 large pizzas and a 2 liter for $36.99. Never received the 2 liter, and asked for the crust to be extra crispy. When it arrived it was so far from crispy that I had to rebake in the oven for 10 minutes. I would leave zero stars if possible. But I don't think it will let me BUT what a DISASTER! We ordered a large pizza and a calzone and went to get it. My wife watched a calzone come back into the restaurant and put in the warmer. Well, then she asked about our order and said it wasn't ready yet...she paid for the order and waited. She then was told it was ready and they grabbed the "returned" calzone and tried to give it to my wife with her pizza. My wife questioned about the calzone being returned and they lied to her and didn't think that was true. BUT my wife watched it come in and into the warmer. So, my wife refused that calzone and had to convince the staff that that option seemed to be feasible. So they offered finally to remake the calzone BUT not the pizza...that was going to sit in the warmer for 20 mins while they made a new calzone. My wife, understandably, wasn't into that idea either. So, a refund was requested and they were told that they don't do refunds "as per the menu". So, we now have been charged $27+ for food we didn't accept nor want and we were told that "only the owners can refund credit cards" and so we have to wait 5 days for a refund...if we get it back. So, long story short...the place smelled amazing BUT looked like a dump. I had heard this place was supposed to be decent BUT I won't step foot in the place again other than to get my money back IF the credit doesn't appear on my card. So...stay clear of Anthony's. I am sure this isn't a one off...customer service is severely lacking in how to remedy issues. Plenty of other places to get really good pizza and calzones in St Cloud. read more

I love this spot, the prices are affordable, the interior is very welcoming! Now on to the food, I ordered two slices w bacon and pineapple, (lunch special) it was cooked nicely and was very crispy as far as the crust goes, but ultimately it lacked flavor and sauce, it was a little on the dry side. The customer service is okay but definitely has room for improvement! First and last time ever ordering from Anthony's. We ordered the eggplant Parmesan and a cheese pizza. What I got was 2 lbs of pasta with barely any sauce and slivers of rubbery eggplant. Some pieces were so tough I couldn't cut it with the fork or chew it. The pizza was ok, so we called to see if we could return the eggplant parm for a refund.
