This is my second time ordering from Bella, although it's been a few years since my first visit. Funny enough, I ended up ordering the same thing again, their medium Shrimp & Garlic pizza. The first time, I also tried the Japanese Firecracker wings and the Honey wings. From what I remember, they were both excellent. I didn't see the Firecracker wings on the menu this time, so I went with the BBQ instead. While I still prefer the Firecracker and Honey flavors, the BBQ wings were good too. I especially like that Bella's wings are crispy, with the sauce serving as the perfect finishing touch. I dislike baked wings that are soft and soggy. Their pizza is simply sublime. It reminds me of a classic New York style pizza, with a crust that's crisp on the outside tender on the inside. I've never actually dined inside the restaurant, so I can't comment on the atmosphere, but I can certainly speak to their customer service. I ordered through Uber Eats and didn't see an option to add anchovies on the side. Bella's staff took the extra step to fulfill my request anyway and billed me accordingly. Love their pizza! Anytime I'm missing a slice from up north in nyc I just take a ride here and I'm back home for just as many bites as it takes haha. The service is always so great too. It's a small little gem in St. Cloud. I also love how they have pictures of everyone famous that has visited their shop hanging all over their walls. We have been ordering from Bella Roma for many years now and it's very consistent and delicious. We typically only order pizzas and appetizers. When we have guests in town, this is the go-to. I love that there are options on the menu already for sauce vs olive oil. I'm an olive oil pizza lover. My guys at home love all the meats. I prefer the Margharita pizza or white pizza. The white pizza has the perfect amount of ricotta on it as well. Just wanted to finally do some type of review. It's great and has never disappointed. Keep up the great work! read more

We ordered a regular Pepperoni pizza 8/10, a Gluten Free pizza 5/10, Arancini 9/10, Mozzarella Sticks 9/10, Cannoli 10/10. The regular pizza was flavorful, great crust, yummy cheese. The GF was acceptable at best. GF crust was tough. We have a family member that has to have this and they were glad they could have dinner with us, even if the crust wasn't great. The Arancini was Really seasoned well, cheesy and not a thick breading. We really liked the marinara sauce and appreciated the garlic powder, red pepper flakes and Parmesan they sent. The Cannoli was Excellent. Delivered timely and Hot. We will order from here again. read more

Ordered a medium sized pizza this afternoon (half Della Nona & half Hawaiian). The pie tasted bland and did not have enough sauce! Not enjoyable so was more like chewing on thin cardboard - this is not at all the Bella Roma we once favored. Wasted $25 too! read more

We always get pizza here and truly enjoy it. We decided to do the appetizer sample and it was more of a miss than anything! The only thing we enjoyed was the mozzarella sticks! Perfectly fried with a lot of cheese inside. The wings were cooked good but it looked like the sauce was just thrown in there. Nothing special to them at all with a bit of bland. The garlic knots were more doughy than expected. The fried ravioli was alright. I think we will stick to just the pizza and mozzarella sticks. read more

Absolutely unreal food and even better people. Every single item was dialed in. The calamari was perfectly crispy and tender (not greasy at all), the meatballs were Huge and the best I have ever had.l The antipasto was insanely fresh and loaded. The wings were a hit across the board--great sauces, cooked exactly right. Now the pizzas... next level. The Quattro Stagioni was amazing...the Bianca had the best ricciotta, and the Frosinone was flat-out outstandin. You can tell this place actually cares about quality. Bella Roma Pizza is a pretty good place if you are in the area and craving pizza. I am originally from New Jersey and just took it for granted that good pizza was on pretty much every corner. When I moved down here to sunny Florida back in 2001, I was both shocked and dismayed to find that good pizza was not available on every corner I rner. In fact, good pizza was often few and far between. So, when you find good pizza, it is truly a cause to celebrate (and what netter way to celebrate than with a slice of pizza in hand?). Yes this is the Bella Roma that used to be on 192 next to Winndixie that we all love! They moved to a new facility just up Narcoosee road past Rummel on the left. At first when I called to place my order I didn't get the correct information and was given conflicting information from that was on the menu. I had to call back, be put on wait again to speak to another person to confirm my order would be done correctly. There was an issues with yes or no spaghetti included With a dinner. thst had an eggplant/shrimp Parma combo that include pasta. I choose the lobster bisque and it came with a Garlic roll. Everything was packaged perfectly, all very hot and delicious. Their new store has a pizza display that shows off their huge lovely selection of pizza pies beautifully. This is hands down our favorite pizza spot in the area! The pizza is always amazing, the wings with mild sauce are packed with flavor, and the garlic knots are perfectly fluffy. Our go-to order is a well-done pepperoni pizza, wings with mild sauce, and garlic knots--and it never disappoints. Every time we're craving good pizza, this is where we go. The food is consistently delicious and always hits the spot. It's not a sit-down place, so we always order to go. We usually call ahead because their website doesn't list all their specials, like the 99-cent garlic knots. The only downside? We're really sad they got rid of their Sunday/Monday special in 2025. It used to be such a great deal--a large pizza, wings, garlic knots, and a liter for $40. We ordered it all the time, and it's a bummer that it's no longer available. Unfortunately I will no longer be ordering from Bella Roma. The last three orders have been kinda off, but today's was enough for me to want and find another pizza place. We ordered at 4:45pm and were given a 60 minute wait. Which is fine considering we live 8 minutes down the road. But when 6pm rolled along I decided to call. We got our pizza delivered at 6:09pm. We ordered a pepperoni and ricotta cheese pizza, an appetizer combo and an anti-pasta. Everything was lukewarm, cold cheese on pizza, bread and garlic knots were so hard it was making a noise being hit against a table, wings were cold and covered in more water than sauce. I ended up putting our pizza in the oven to reheat, and wings in the airfryer and resaucing. As someone born and raised in NY, I'm super disappointed and am contemplating calling for a refund. read more

Went to the St Cloud location and a shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and a large pepperoni pie was $48.00!!! For this price you'd expect this to be great but sadly the pie was over done tough and dry. The pepperoni tasted off and had a funny funky aftertaste. The shrimp Alfredo had 5 shrimp watery sauce with no flavor and the pasta was rubbery. This was my first and last time going here. They should be ashamed at the prices versus the taste and quality. read more

Bella Roma offers a pretty wide selection of items! My family and I will often order pizza from Bella Roma for a busy night and find it is always fast and fresh. The one thing I will say is the pizza is not always consistent. Sometimes it's excellent, while other times it's just average. Even at its worst, I find it's better than most large chain pizza. Simply the best. Not only is it the best pizza in St. Cloud, I would dare rank them in top pizza of the greater Orlando area. Their sauce is perfect - not overly added nor overly acidic. It's the perfect sauce. Perfect. We've tried pepperoni and steak pizzas and we're obsessed. I think the steak pizza has a secret additional ingredient in the sauce that levels it up even more but this isn't confirmed. Pricing is also very fair! Bonus: the delivery service drivers are always nice (and we've ordered many many times). Their fried ravioli appears in my dreams. Their wings, although pricey, are flawless. I just didn't feel like cooking last night and really wanted Italian so we chose to try Bella Roma's. My husband and I shared an order of the Pasta with meat sauce with a side of sausage. My daughter had a calzone and appetizers of the garlic knots and mozzarella sticks. We used Uber Eats with priority delivery so the delivery time was a short 20/30 minutes. Unpacking everything was a challenge with tomato sauce everywhere -the side of sausage w/sauce had been placed on the bottom. The food - the Mozzarella sticks were huge and so delicious I had to stop myself from eating just those for dinner. The garlic knots were really good as well - my daughter was dipping them in the extra garlic butter for over the top flavor. She very much enjoyed her black olive & mushroom calzone and will definitely order it again and again. The pasta with meat sauce was good it wasn't anything special. The sauce was meaty which is good -we really didn't need the extra sausage- the pasta was a bit overcooked and did need more sauce. I don't think I would this dish again but the menu is so extensive I will definitely try something else along with an order of garlic knots and mozzarella sticks.... read more

Uber delivered the wrong pizza - didn't realize it till the Uber driver was gone and had already rated them as a good delivery. Contacted Bella Roma directly, and they made us a new pizza and delivered it free of charge. You can't get better customer service than that. read more

I love Bella Roma Pizza. When we moved to Harmony friends said it was the best pizza in the area. It is great! I know other reviews said it was good like New York pizza or not at all like New York pizza but I don't like New York style pizza (to greasy) and this pizza is more like pizza that I had in Sicily. I'm not too sure about this place, take out twice and not what I expected. Ordered pizza it was lifeless, plain Jane for this pizza. Second time around, ordered calamari with marinara sauce wasn't the best. The color was very light and wasn't crispy, sauce wasn't tasteless. Pasta was cooked well but the sauce didn't have a chance to merry with the pasta at all. I really have to mention that the garlic twist/bread was dense and not a sign of garlic to it. I'm from the New York area, only 1-year removed. Bella Roma is absolutely the closest you'll get to a good New York slice. It's appropriately thin, not too much cheese, not too much sauce, it's among the great pizza spots in the Orlando area and has firmly earned a spot in our regular rotation of restaurants that we frequent. My only complaint is that they don't have a dine-in option. Have to either have it delivered to pick it up myself, which by the time I get it home, the pizza's cooled. Would love to taste it right out of the oven sometime. But outstanding work Bella Roma! You'll see me again and again and again! read more

We have ordered several times from this place. The first few were great. The last few have been horrible. Our second to last order was made completely wrong. They offered a refund but we just asked them to make it right. The last time, somehow our order got placed for the next day not today. We definitely wanted food for today. We ordered food at 4:45 pm and I called at 6:05 to check on status. On hold for 4 min, then 5 min, to have a manager berate me and tell me it's all my fault and my food is 75 minutes out when they are 2 miles away. Dude yelled at me and made me feel like shit. We love the food but I can't stand for this treatment. I suggest you try a different pizza place read more

Never ordering from here again We ordered a pretzel, chicken club hero, and a garlic Sicilian pizza Pretzel was fine-hard to mess up a pretzel Chicken club was mostly lettuce and tomato on a big roll. I thought it was a salad sandwich-finally found some chicken at the bottom --I removed enough lettuce ant tomato to have a salad the next night The biggest disappointment was the pizza. Half the cheese ended up stuck to the top of the box . There was no Block in the middle to keep the top of the box off the pizza The amount of garlic was pitiful. $6 and the was hardly any garlic on it. For $3 I can get a bag of peeled garlic The cheese that was left slid off the pizza-the was more cheese on the sides of the box than on the pizza. FINALLYYYY pizza both me and my husband can agree on!!! This pizza is probably the closest you'll get to NJ/NY pizza in the area . My favorite is the del Nona pizza- the sauce, dough, fresh basil, and fresh mozz are perfection. I usually will get a small pizza- which is more than enough for one person . Normally. But this pizza makes me want to eat it all. I get the small to avoid eating more than I should LOL!!! My husband gets the mozzarella pizza with pepperoni- aka pepperoni pizza . I like that pizza too- but my go to is the del Nona. The crust is perfect- thin...but not too thin where it tastes like pizza that you would request thin crust for. It's literally just like back home. Cool coincidence is my hometown back in jersey had a famous Bella Roma pizza where we all would go to. I'd be curious to find out if they are related . Pizza is top notch here if you are looking for pizza similar to back up north. I also got their small antipasto salad which was very good.
