I called these guys to come to my office to clean part of my office but Frank and Richard went well beyond my expectations and did a very very good job. They did all of my office for the fraction of the price other company's quoted me on. They explained all the different kinds of stains and tests they could do but what I liked the most is that they have years of experience and they knew what kind of chemicals and system needed to clean out the spots I had in my carpet that have been lingering for over 2 years. I can't wait for my carpets to get dirty again so I can call them back up. Both of them were through, professional and very helpful. I hired this company to Clean a love seat I recently bought from a family freind. Its like new, no stains or wear & tear, but theirs an odor coming from this couch that I can only describe as a cross between someone with bad hygiene on a hot summer day & the smell of a cat litter box that needs to be cleaned. I've used Fabreze & Lysol (disinfecting) spray, but it now smells like a pretty smell covering up over a bad odor. I'm looking forward to tomorrow, hoping that I choose a company that can get the job done. I Gave 3 * for now, I believe it was Frank who returned my call right away & he was nice to have worked on my price, for its only a 2 seat couch & it looks brand new. The guys did such a great job that I decided to bring them back to do some plowing over these past storms. Overall I would say that Franks prices are reasonable and well worth it. FRANK IS A CON-ARTIST CONSUMER BEWARE!!!! the owner billed me for snow removal and only showed up once. i still had to shovel out in the morning. frank was very hostile with me on the phone when i called to discuss the discrepancy with my bill. he claimed his plow guy came by three times in the night. i was up all night, the guy came once around 8pm and we got 7 more inches i had to shovel. I was also billed for my walk way to be shoveled and salted. that never happend yet i was billed for it. read more

I used A Touch of Class to clean my carpet which had an odor of pets from the previous owner. The guys did a great job and treated my house as if it was their own. My lady and I moved up to the North Shore from Connecticut. I wanted to clean our carpets myself because I am allergic to pets and the previous owner had a cat and dog. I didnt have the time or the energy after the big move. We ended up doing a little research online (by we I mean my lady :). New to the area, I was in search of a cleaning company when I purchased my first home. I was referred to A Touch of Class by a neighbor, noting as "the best full service company around." I called and spoke with Frank who was available to come to my home for an estimate and book the cleaning asap, so I could begin moving in. He showed up with his 2 sons who cleaned, scrubbed and polished the entire 2-floor home, ceiling to floor. They beautifully refinished the hardwood flooring, scrubbed all carpeting and power-washed the exterior siding and windows. A complete fresh start to my move east coming from the west coast! Since then, I have continued to call upon Frank and his team for maintaining the landscape during these crazy new england seasons and snow removal in the winter! I have been more than happy to find a "one-stop shop" of a company in the local area. Thanks guys. read more

Don't hire this company if you expect them to clean your place. Not only are the charges exorbitant, you will not get the work done that you expected. Also, the owner will argue with you about how hard he's been working and how the house was a mess. Well...that's what I hired you to do...clean it up!!! DON'T LET THIS PERSON NEAR YOUR PROPERTY!!!!! I was lied to by him face to face and then he had the nerve to tell me my house was a disaster because of a few things on the floor. Like I said, that's what I hired him for...to clean it up. And at a pretty penny too. I stopped payment on the check, however, he did cash the down payment amount. Oh well, we live and learn. read more

I am a 52 year old man who was on kidney dialysis waiting for a new kidney. I called this company because i could not do it myself. Frank immediately seized the opportunity to take advantage of me. It started with his staff delivering three plastic containers with salt and sand and billing me 900 for that. Than in an enormously busy winter, they came two or three times a storm, even when they didnt need to. It was a constant barrage of double and triple charges and sometimes he would charge 700 a storm.as the bills totlaed up, i sold my house and he almost got violent with me saying i had no right to sell it. as i was going into transplant surgery, we spoke and i told him upon my return to work, he would get his money. i was in the hospital getting major surgery whyen he iniated legal action against me feeling nothing for my situation. this man is a fraud, his company overcharges and he hides behind a contract that is ambiguous at best......be very weary of doing business with this man an his company....he will hurt you. read more

watch out for these guys. don't let them into your home to "get started with the prepping" while the boss prepares an estimate. By the time he gives you the estimate [which was mind-bogellingly high] the "prep" is so far along that my wife couldn't say no. . I wish I could give this rip off of a business zero stars but it is making me put one star. I was going through my mothers things after she had just passed away a few days ago. She had notes of all of her conversations with Frank and the bills attached. After reading everything I realize that I had heard about this from my mother when it had happened but I assumed that she had it taken care of. First of all she hired this guy to come out and remove all the rugs in her basement after a flood and throw out some of her belongings that were damaged as well. When he came out for The emergency estimate he quoted her $10,000 to pull all of this out of her basement which is probably only about 800 ft.² if that. she got a price for $3500 from Servpro but when she told Frank that she was not going to go with his bid he told her that she would have to pay $500 for the emergency estimate. He also told her that Servpro was going to leave items there that he would not have and that she was going to get sick because of mold. Where she had failing health already she was scared into accepting his bid. When the work was being done all of the employees were smoking on my mother's property and shirtless. My mother felt uncomfortable so when she told Frank this he went to the property and was screaming and swearing at all of his workers which then made her feel even more uncomfortable when he left them all there with her alone. When she was told that the job was done she went into her basement to find shards of the rug that they had cut up all over the floor, box full of mold, books full of mold on the pages shoved into a crawlspace, cigarette butts on the floor of her basement, and etc. basically a disaster. She told Frank that she was not going to pay the balance of her bill until it was picked up which is not unreasonable. They had seven phone conversations and in her note she wrote that he was a bully, he was yelling at her, and he told her that if she did not get paid he was going to charge her enough interest that he was going to end up owning her home when she died!!! Stay far away. After reading the other reviews you can see that he is a scammer. read more
