Great customer service and they got the job done quickly! I had a bush that needed trimming that had overgrown the circuit box. We needed to have it cut back so that the electrician could work on the AC and update the box itself. Within two days, Chris came out to do an estimate, and a few days later, they came out and did the job. I cannot stress how kind and professional they are; I am a disabled person and it takes me a while to get to the door. They were very sweet about it, and even took a picture of the bush after the work was done so that I wouldn't have to come outside without my oxygen. I was so appreciative! The price was very fair, a bargain, and they do quality work! A winning combo! They did a beautiful job very efficiently, and they even cleaned up! Dangerous safety practices and extremely hostile staff. I was sprayed with chemicals while walking past a job site because there were no safety warnings or sidewalk closures. The technician, despite wearing full PPE, tried to claim he was spraying water. When questioned, he became verbally abusive, threatened me, and threatened about my health being affected by the spray. Then called up his friends to come over from another job site and "handle me". It was surreal. To make matters worse, the office staff refused to tell me what chemical I had been exposed to, simply calling it 'safe.' Between the lack of safety precautions, the verbal abuse, and the refusal to disclose the substance I was exposed to, I highly recommend avoiding this company. I have filed a police report and a complaint with the Colorado Department of Agriculture. Who is gathering a sample to identify the undisclosed poison. read more

We just had two trees trimmed by this business. We are quite pleased with the work they did and cleanup. These trees were a willow and an ash tree. Moreover these guys matched the low estimate I was given by another company that did not show up. They also were very responsive. This morning we called to check on the situation and were told they would be here next as they were finishing up another job. So they met the schedule which we had set up with them in October. This business had two vehicles at our location. There was not only the typical truck with a boom and cab but also they had an even more modern truck with jaws on it which cut the biggest dead branches and lifted them up and away to a spot where they could dispose of them. Cleanup was done and we are quite thrilled with all the work that was performed. It was all done in a professional manner and communication was good with them. Top notch in our book! read more

Products used for insect infestation ineffective. Hired company to treat elm beetle infestation. Told it would take 4-6 weeks for peak effectiveness. It has been 8 weeks and infestation has returned. Contacted office requesting reapplication with no response. Had similar experience with treatment of a different tree for Japanese beetle. This year I found a product manufactured by Bayer at Lowes that works as well if not better and very easy to use. Customer service not part of their business model. read more

Just had our wood delivered. ordered 1/4 cord. the mix of woods is great. very little pine. lots of ward wood. Nick gave me a call about 20 minutes before so we had plenty of time to move the cars. He had it unloaded in about ten minutes. I've gotten a 1/4 cord before from other companies and this is absolutely more. there were about three big cuts but its well seasoned and split no problem. super happy. thanks Nick. read more

In June22 I had this company select and plant two Juniper Trees, that died in one month, cost $2,200. Touch of Class refused to warranty, offered replacements for $3,500. I chose removal only of dead trees, cost $390. I was promised the surrounding landscaping would be returned to proper shape. Not only was the landscaping left with holes and dead needles, but dirt and needles were spread all over the adjacent patio and walkway out to the street DO NOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! read more

I have a very clear sign on my door that says "LEAVE NO FOLDERS OR ADVERTISEMENTS. Also my condo has a sign at the entrance that says "No Handbills" These people ignored both of these warnings and left something at my front door. As an aside we travel a lot and anyone passing my home would see the same handbill for days on an end which tells them that we are not home and that they are free to rob my home. Whatever you do, don't question the measurements this service gives you! I asked for a quote to remove 3 tree stumps. Their measurements of those quotes were almost double my measurements, so I asked why (by email). I didn't get a reply for 8 days. so, I wrote again and said, "since you don't want to answer my question I'll move on to another service." Then I got an insulting email reply that ended with this: It sounds like we may be a little to expensive for you . Please contact someone else. So, I'll call another tree service and pay them probably the same price, because the money is actually no problem for me. I just like to use services that answer my simple questions first. read more

These guys took out 2 trees on very short notice. One of them was particularly nasty. A very large locust tree complete with huge thorns. They showed up on time, worked all day without complaint. At the end of the project they had me come out and inspect to make certain I was happy. The quote was much less than the others. Two of whom tried to tell me I'd need a crane. A crane would have cost about double. I would use them again! read more

STAY AWAY! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. All they care about is payment. They are not customer oriented, when you call and speak with the woman in the office she is considerably rude forgetting who the customer really is. Also, they are not licensed which I failed to research before hiring them. Save yourself some time and move on to another arborist. The work I requested them to complete was not completed yet they still insisted on payment. I used this company in my prior home and they did a good job. I've called them twice about a large tree in our front yard and they respond to the initial email then I hear nothing. They were supposed to come out and do an estimate two weeks ago and I have no idea if they came or not, and they are not responding to my inquiries. However, via email, they said they now only work with trees, and it would be a $25 minimum, just to get a quote. Glad the business is doing so well, but better update your website! read more

STAY AWAY! I wish I would have read the reviews before using this company last year. It took 5 phone calls to get a receipt from that work that I now know they did not complete. I still haven't received an estimate or call back about the new work I was going to use them for until I found all this out. Set up an appointment for a quote to have some trees trimmed on my property. Twenty minutes past the time someone was supposed to be there I called the office number. Was then told by the woman who answered the phone that if no one was there yet then probably no one was coming. Then asked if I wanted to reschedule. Why would I be even remotely interested in rescheduling because they're incompetent? I did not have work done through them. These guys admittedly did a fine job removing two dead trees from our yard so if that's all your looking for--they're fine. However, they promised they would be at our house in the afternoon, my wife confirmed the day before, but came first thing in the morning which threw her whole day off. The worst part, however, was that they destroyed my lawn with their equipment, not just around the trees, the whole thing. They drove their equipment right over my lawn without putting down some plywood or other protection and it tore huge holes through my yard, which I work quite hard on. At the very least they could have told me they were going to gash my yard and I could have scheduled it for the spring or fall when it's easier to regrow grass. To finish it off, I called the next morning and left a polite message explaining my displeasure. They never called to apologize--that's all it would have taken for me to not write this review, I wasn't even looking for reimbursement for the substantial money I had to spend to try to repair my yard. In short--look somewhere else for someone who actually cares about their paying customers. read more

They stood us up on the time they said they were going to come twice. I know lots of people work from home right now, including myself, but I planned meetings around the time they said they were coming so as not to be on Zoom with loud tree removing noises. When they did come the next week, they did not remove one of the trees and said they would be back the next day. They did not come back the next day and they didn't let me know. When I reached out to voice my frustration that they had not showed up again when they said they would, I also noted that they left lots and lots of little branches behind from our locust tree trimming. Absolutely nothing was done to make up for this stuff from a customer service perspective. They didn't seem to care that they didn't show up 3 times. I had to move everything off my deck twice because the time between when they said they were coming, and when they did end up actually coming were a week apart. I picked up a whole wheel barrel full of branches. I'm never using this service again. read more

Recently contacted this company to purchase firewood for delivery to our home. They told us they would deliver it between 8am and 3 pm. Took the day off from work and waited all day at home for the company to deliver the wood. They never showed up. I called their office several times and never got an answer of a call back. I hired this company to remove a tree and a stump from my yard. We scheduled a day, gave them my card information to do so and the day they were to complete the service it was too rainy. Completely understandable. I tried to call back, left a message and when I still hadn't made contact, I tried again. I cleared my voice mail, making sure they could leave one if they called. I never received a message and so mid last week I tried to call again. No answer. On Friday we noticed the tree was removed but there was no paperwork left, no trace of any particular company having been there and no charge yet push through on my card. I thought maybe the city or Xcel removed it because of the same reason i was, it was getting too close to power lines. I spent the weekend incredibly confused, calling all of my immediate family who might have maybe done something nice for me...nobody knew what I was talking about. Due to the fact they did not secure the fence back and we were not home at the time of service, my dog kept getting out, one time of which she was almost hit by a car (she is a tiny dog) before we could figure out where she was getting out from. Today I checked my account and because I was not notified I had not moved the money from savings and opened my account to see I was greatly over-drafted and charged a $35 fee. I called the company just to voice my concerns and was very rudely told that I was texted that they would be on property (never received) and that was why I was not notified at my home. The owner caught a terrible attitude with me and was INCREDIBLY rude, as you can see from her responses to some of these reviews. I have been in customer service and when a customer has a valid reason to be upset, the right thing to do is to try to smooth things over. I had thanked them for taking care of the tree but had wanted to give them my feedback so they knew I was really upset by not even knowing there were people on my gated property without my knowledge. All she did was tell me I was wrong even stating "we tried rescheduling not once, not twice but three times...really?!" I am a very busy business owner, mother and home owner and cannot usually take calls while with clients. I do not appreciate being treated like I am wrong when I was feeling I was done wrong. I always would try to appease upset clients when was in an office manager role in the past, when I was in property management. I now own a business where I have never received a complaint and am always commended on my phenomenal customer service and attention to detail. The customer needs to feel appreciated. After looking around and getting quotes from 4 other tree services my family and I went with A touch of class tree service. it was a horrible mistake. they tried to ripe us off for an extra $200, the work was not complete and the tree with the main safety issues was not cut properly. The man who came to do the quote kissed butt in order to get our business and then when it came down to the tree being cut all of a sudden it couldn't be cut that way because the tree would die. the man lied to get our business then didn't inform us that he gave us discounts and took $200 off instead he took to over amount check and left, later finding out that our paperwork total was $200 less than the check that was written to him. crazy situation. watch out everyone. read more

I ordered firewood that was advertised as 14-16" in length seasoned firewood. They delivered promptly, insisted on a cash payment, and proceeded to dump a load of wood of which only 1/3 was longer than 14-16" in length. The rest was chunks 8" or less in size. Not possible to stack. Despite emails, calls, etc...the company refused to take the wood back and refund my money. They insisted that my sense of quality is different than theirs...that should tell you something about the people who run that business. This company uses false advertising and very poor customer service to make their money. Definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone. read more
