We've used Bailey Tree several times. OMG they are the absolute best! The arborist brothers Robert and Steven have only the most qualified people working with them. Last year they did a huge prune job on our 3 very large mature trees. We had 3 estimates done by different companies, and they were the most reasonable. We have confidence in their skills. Bailey is pricier than an initial quote received for the same work but the estimator was mire informative and appeared more knowledgeable. Rating depends on the crew. One I got was not easy to work with, uncommunicative and jury is out on whether the work met the objective. I recently had the opportunity to work with Baily Tree Company on my rental property. We had two large oak trees that hung over the home in the front and back yard. The front tree stood over the corner of my home and my neighbor's front yard and his artificial grass. My main concern was the possibility of when cutting the tree, it would fall and damage my neighbor's yard. The back yard tree hung over my pool and heavily over the house roof, and if they fell would have cost me an insurance homeowners claim. Baily's crew leader Pablo was the tree climber. He was amazing to watch work. He was like an artist painting a photo. The way they tied off the large tree limbs and swung them to safety was perfect. Not one issue occurred during the tree removal. The crew was very friendly, and Gerardo spoke Spanish and English which was nice for me. At the end of the day these guys cleaned up their debris as if they were never there. What can I say, Kelli Paris was so responsive and arranged all the paperwork with a private arborist and submitted the report to the city in the nick of time and the best part for me was the price was lower than all three companies I received a quote from. This company will always be my arborists. I had them trim a couple of trees ten years ago, and they did a great job. They managed to make my Siberian elm and my ailanthus look good, even though they're weed trees. So I was pleased to see they were still around when I needed a tree taken down before it fell down. Sure enough, they are still as good as they were then. They are friendly, courteous, skilled, and capable and reasonably priced. A+++ I cannot recommend them highly enough. Robert Bailey came out promptly and gave estimate for the work I needed done. Primarily on a large cottonwood tree close to the house and then basic trimming on 3 other smaller trees in my backyard. It took some time to get scheduled after the estimate due to their workload but they do have a stand-by list for last minute work reordering that happens and I was able to get my work done a few weeks ahead of the scheduled date this way so that was nice. Jim and the other trimmer worked a hard 8 hour day getting all the trimming done and their clean up job of the fallen debris, branches, sticks was impressive! My trees looked great and my yard was back to it's baseline by the time they finished their cleanup. That was really nice! read more

Heather, Aaron, Juan, and the whole staff were fantastic. We had a crabapple tree with significate storm damage. Heather came out right away and assessed the situation along with other issues with all of our trees. The crew lead by Aaron came out within a couple of days for the clean-up and trimming and his expertise, professionalism, and work were amazing. He was able to save a few suckers that were difficult to save because of their location and help the tree to survive and thrive for a few more years. I have a 60+ year old silver maple in my front yard that needed pruning and deep feeding/fertilization. My parents planted this tree when I was a child, and this tree is dear to me for so many reasons. Bailey Tree understands this sentiment and were exceptionally kind in helping with this project. I can't recommend these guys enough. From start to finish, everyone I encountered were super nice, professional, and timely. I called on a Friday afternoon (after business hours), and on Monday morning Brian called me and told me he could be at my house within 15 minutes for an estimate if I was available. He quoted me a very fair price, and they quickly got me scheduled to remove my tree. The team was here on time, everyone was super efficient and friendly, and they did a great job cleaning up. After they were done, I noticed a wire hanging that I thought might have been damaged during the removal, called in, and 20 minutes later Brian was at my door to assist. It turned out that the wire was an old phone wire that had been severed long before that shook out during the tree removal. I felt bad that I had called them to come back, but Brian was super friendly and cut down the wire so it wasn't an eyesore. They are all about customer service and I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

They trimmed my tree exactly the way I wanted. They were friendly. Their price was very good.

We had nine ailanthus exorcised, or rather, removed. Bailey Tree gave us an estimate within a few days and scheduled the work as soon as possible. Showed up when they said they would and worked until they were done, somewhat over eight hours. They were meticulous about cleaning up the leaves from the tree removal. They came out on a different day (as scheduled) to grind the stumps and gave me several options and explained everything and involved me in the process as much as I wanted. They were even able to remove a wheelbarrow that had grown into one of the younger trees. They were respectful of our property and time, and everyone was professional and pleasant. I plan to use them to trim our remaining tree, a large silver maple, next year. Really happy with the work and the quoted price was about what I expected. read more

My wife and I (and all the neighbors) were very impressed with Aaron and Mitch's work and how CLEAN they left the yard. It was so great to walk around with them beforehand and soak in all of their knowledge about the trees on our property. We hired Bailey Tree to do A LOT of work on our property. They came out quickly to give us an estimate and quoted us almost half the price of other companies. We have three very large (50+ years old) trees, along with some smaller trees, and bushes. They trimmed up all the trees, got rid of all the dead branches and limbs, removed two large bushes, ground down the stumps, and cleaned up everything pretty nicely. There were a FEW things I wasn't super thrilled about. There are a few low hanging branches on a large tree in our front yard that hangs over our sidewalk and driveway. I thought those would be trimmed a little, but they weren't touched. Our quote did specify that only dead/damaged/diseased parts of the trees would be removed, so that is probably why. We also have some tall bushes next to our driveway that looked almost smashed/broken in places when they left. I have a feeling that it happened when they were taking down some large branches from the big tree in front. Hoping these will spring back soon! Lastly, these same bushes separate our driveway from our neighbor's. We had Bailey Tree trim them up on our side, as well as our neighbor's side. They cleaned up all the cut branches on our side of the bush, but not on our neighbor's, which we had to do ourselves. Overall, we are still very happy with the work done and would hire Bailey Tree again in the future for any additional work! We actually already have an appointment for them to come out in the fall to trim our crab apple trees. read more

Bailey Tree came highly recommended. We had a terrible first experience. We had to clean up litter left my their crew from our backyard. They also left without closing our gate, resulting in our elderly dog escaping. Thankfully, nothing bad happened - someone found him roaming the neighborhood and took him in - but it could've been a lot worse. An owner of the business called to apologize. He was empathetic, and genuine, but offered nothing to make up for the trouble of having to take off work for the afternoon to come home and retrieve our dog.
