I found her attitude to be dismissive, unpleasant, testy and curt. I don't believe that she served the best in customer service for her client, because the reels will end up in a donation store if not, the trash when they clear the house out to put it on the market. I've had other estate sale companies they were quite accommodating to my needs and created a win win for both parties.
