Very few times I get this kind of service. Like always it's all subjective to the barber and the attention they give. However they listened to what I wanted, suggested some better fit and cut than what I was used to, and they weren't scared of suggesting. I would give no stars if I could! First of all this was the last place I wanted to even try by just how horrible the reviews are on Yelp and on Google. But I was in the area and needed a hair cut. You think they would want to be available and WANTING TO WORK (after no work during COVID restrictions). But NO, they are LAZY and have HORRIBLE customer service. The people cutting hair were not even cutting anyones hair (empty), showed up 30 min before closing, and was told they are "CLOSED." But the sign said otherwise (closed at 7 not at 6:30) and was then flipped off immediately for pointy that out. Got hair cut on this past Thursday by one of the Iranian brothers with the first chair on the right side when you enter. I noticed after leaving that he literally pushed my hairline about a half inch above my ears. The soonest I could return to the barber shop was Sunday, today due to work. I had taken pictures and asked the barber to just blend the hairline as a low fade to fix his mistakes. He told me I would have to come back in one hour. I returned and he made me wait 2 hours, and then another barber was asked to correct his problem. Then the other Iranian brother asked me to pay another $25. Both brothers were very rude considering that I have been coming there every week. I have even recommended several friends but I will now advise them to use another barber shop. I will never return to this barber shop because I feel that they discriminated against me. They clearly screwed up but tried to take it out on me. They have no class - beware. read more

2nd day in a row that they refused to take me in for a cut. Yesterday I was there 20 mins before close, today 40 mins. If you close at 6:00pm instead of 7:00pm, or if you won't take a customer in after a certain time, then post it somewhere or update your hours. It would save someone the hassle of driving down there only to be turned away. Or better yet, if your employees are lazy, then get rid of them. I've heard good things about the place so I figured why not, definitely not disappointed. The two gentlemen in there were extremely good barber's and kept a conversation the whole time i was getting my cut (shadow fade with a box line up in the back and something spicy in the front) I came in here with about a month and a half of growth and the barber navigated like a champ, I never felt the heat of the clippers and never once did i feel any hesitation. Line up was crisp and had me looking like a zillion dollars on a non pay day weekend. The atmosphere was nice, the inside was air conditioned and there was a fan on recirculating the cool air. They were playing Van Helsing via DVD. They have a soda machine that sells: coke, Dr pepper, brisk iced tea, mountain dew, Pepsi, grape, and Hawaiian punch. They've got a restroom for paying customers, and a good vibe throughout. I can most definitely see this slowly becoming my regular spot as they do a good job, they offer a military, LEO, and senior discount and it's not too far from my place. read more

This place is usually packed early in the morning (right when they wake up)and right after school lets out. I have been coming here for about two years. I would recommend coming mid day or after 6pm Monday-Saturday. Everyone is great and have a good work ethic. A general haircut usually takes an hour and a half easy. read more

Buzzed my head about 3-4 months ago with a 1-inch buzzer, so it was getting pretty grown out. Asked the barber for a light trim and to shape up the edges. The barber shaved down a small section and asked if I agreed with the length, which I did. He then proceeded to cut my hair shorter than the agreed length, and finished it off with massive amounts of goo and spray, which left me with a suuuper unflattering style. I am not very picky at all about my hair so for me to complain about it, it had to be pretty bad. I am a girl so maybe they just aren't experienced with women's styles, which I get, but my hair was buzzed originally so it's not like it was different from a boy. "U-S-H-E-R" Seriously though, the gentleman who cut my hair (Jamié) was extremely professional and stuck the job out until I was satisfied. OK, this was my first visit to A-town and I have to say I'm quite impressed! I called at about 6:15 to see if they could cut my son's hair. He's mixed so I wanted to make sure that I went to a shop the new how to cut his hair. I didn't get there until about 6:25 and even though they close at 6:45 he still cut his hair. The barber was very professional and did an amazing job with my son. I have a new Barber. I usually take my son to his usual barber who always did an excellent job, but unfortunately he up and left from his job with no where to be found. So I had to choose a barber from the many in my area, and I choose this place. I used the already positive reviews to help me decide, and all I can say is that I am glad that I did choose this place. Miguel the barber my son was assigned too did an excellent job! I'm glad I was lucky in choosing a good barber on the first try. Miguel took his time, and was very detailed in his work. The atmosphere is very dude like but very nice compared to most barbers. I will definitely come back for all my sons haircuts. I made the call to see what the wait was like & if they do walk ins? He said "There is a wait but nothing we can't handle." I drive over with my nephew to get his hair cut & a design at 1:45 p.m. We ended up sitting here for over an hour. (I did take this kid away from his skate time with his fam. We are visiting for the day & it's been months since we all connected. What is my point? I just feel like the barbers don't care about our time.) During this time 2 customers walked out because it was taking too long! It came down to us being the only ones waiting. Then this lady walks in, takes a seat, waits about 15 mins & they take her in. I'm thinking wow! But she could've scheduled an appointment? I need to add they charge more if you make an appointment. So after observing, it was his cousin he took in. Family preference here, but if you don't mind waiting & your related to someone here it might not be a big deal. Anyway, once they cleared some customers, some barbers walked out to smoke with the customers they just serviced. My nephew was finally called up & another customer walks in but this cig is more important with the last customers. I understand they need breaks but to wait this long? It's ridiculous. Visited from out of town. Jaime took really great care for my son. He has tight curls and lots of hair. Most barbers would want to just clipper cut it all but that not what we like He took my son and picked out his fro, and took his TIME on shaping it up SO NICE, and lined him up with not just the trimmers but the old school blade. Eyebrows and all too, even though it took a while to cut his hair, I loved how he kept going back and picking the hair out and making sure every pieve laid just right. The other gentleman in there Alex, was also very nice. Both of these men made us very comfortable and most of all made my son a very happy young man.
