I made him my regular. **Visit 2:** Booked an appointment with Luis online. Showed up -- he wasn't there. No call, no text, no explanation from staff. Another client was also left waiting. No apology, no accountability. **Visit 3 (the one that ends this relationship for good):** Before booking, I texted Luis directly. He confirmed he'd be there -- "see you tomorrow." He also showed as available online when I booked. I arrived. He was gone again. No call, no text, nothing. Since I was already there, I decided to go to barber Ernesto. What followed was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a barbershop: -- I told him THREE times during the cut that his clippers were cutting me. He kept going. -- His technique was inconsistent and visibly unconfident -- he kept tapping his hands on the clippers repeatedly. -- He applied product to my hairline that made it impossible to see what he was doing, then went over my lineup approximately 30 times. -- His clippers DIED mid-cut. He picked up another barber's clippers and used them WITHOUT cleaning or sanitizing them first. -- This resulted in severe razor bumps on my neck and facial hair area. When I told Ernesto after the cut that he had injured me, his response was: *"you're looking for something that's not there."* He accused me of fabricating the injury. No apology. No acknowledgment. Management said nothing. The next day, once I washed out the product, the full damage was visible -- exactly what I had reported and been dismissed about. I have text messages from Luis confirming the appointment, photos of the injury, and medical documentation. A formal complaint has been filed with the Arizona Barbering and Cosmetology Board regarding sanitation violations, physical injury, and professional misconduct. Do not come here.
