We are EXTREMELY happy with the results of our project! We used Tinoco to repaint the interior walls, doors, baseboards, built ins, and ceilings in our entire home. They also did an absolutely fantastic job at flooring installation of our luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as the removal of the existing tile that was in the house previously in some areas. We wanted the project done on a pretty fast timeline and Ray and his team made sure that that happened! They kept in constant communication with us and collaborated with us on our plans, budget, and overall aesthetic choices so that our home truly felt like our home when it was finished--and, I am SO happy to say that it does!! I have to say this first before I say another word. Roberto and the crew did an AMAZING job…read morepainting our entire home exterior!! My wife and I are extremely happy that we chose them. We took three bids and Roberto's numbers came WELL below the other offers. Well below. One was even double the cost. Roberto came out on a Friday to do a thorough walk around the house. He then explained everything they would do prior to painting. They pressure washed and scraped old paint everywhere and sanded all exposed wood surfaces. That was Monday Tuesday they came and repaired every single piece of missing stucco, patched every crack in the stucco, masked off all windows, doors, ground and wrapped all plants around the house. They also sanded every piece of rough wood there is in the exterior. Halfway through the day they were painting primer on the stucco. Wednesday: they came and got busy with painting the entire house, it was unbelievable! They literally had the entire spraying done by days end. Thursday came and so did a whole crew of 4 to finish anything and everything that needed to be hand painted and touched up. Including our front door that they painted Adriatic Sea Blue. These guys did an absolute amazing job. They did not miss a single spot. I walked the entire house, inspected every square inch visually and could not find one single thing that needed fixed. Their lines were sharp, and they applied three coats in everything, which was necessary considering our 34 year old paint job was like a giant paint done.
