But out of all the quotes I got, they were the second best/fairest. After the original painter I hired went AWOL, I asked Ray if the quote was still standing, and he immediately sent his brother and crew to do the work. My wife and I recently decided to renovate our really big living room that was outright dated and ugly; it had a lot of old popcorn sprayed basically all over the ceiling, which also randomly covered a very large big wood beam that goes across the whole living room. Which is for the best because if this is how they treat a customer when services are requested , i cant imagine having a good experience with a company that treats customers this way. Great service, I had a major electrical repair including a giant hole in my wall, from the exterior to the interior. Tinoco painting not only had the lowest estimate, but they were able to fit me in right away. Most other contractors wanted to cover with drywall, but that was not acceptable for this historical home of over 135 years of age. Tinoco painting did a good job when it was all said and done. However, we did contact Ray with lil issues as we saw them. We found painted spider webs and a painted black widow spider. Ray was already talking about putting the extra paint back in his stock when they were not even finished painting. He was not planning on adding more paint to our house when it clearly needed it. He tried to tell us that he gave us a discount on the paint and that any leftover paint belong to him. He said he overestimated the amount of paint our house would need. There were several other little issues and he yelled at my husband for bringing those issues up saying that we were nitpicking everything. My husband hung up on him because he was not going to allow Ray to yell at him. Our single story house took 9 days (not counting the weekend) to paint. One of our neighbors even stopped to ask if Tinoco painting abandoned the job because it took so very long. No problem with his employees, they were kind and professional.
