I went in on a Thursday morning and needed the materials by Monday morning. Kevin assisted me and showed me all the product in what I was looking for (Toughlock Luxury Vinyl Planking). I picked 5 that I liked, and he checked to see which they would be able to get by Friday afternoon. Of the 5, 4 were available and gave me an estimate. I took home samples of those 4, chose one, and called Kevin with my choice. They ordered it, and it arrived on Friday afternoon. There were a few things I was unsure of, so he called my contractor to make sure we were getting the right materials. My contractor picked everything up on Monday morning, and it was perfect. I will definitely use Flooring Liquidators next time I need any flooring and recommend them to my friends. I've included a few pics of my finished floors.

We sold a home in November 2023, which Wholesale Flooring Depot installed wood floors in over 5 years ago and they still looked amazing! Everyone commented on how beautiful the Acacia wood floors were-I think that's what helped sale the house. We wouldn't allow anyone but Wholesale Flooring Depot to install the wood floors and carpet in the new home! We even went with the same Acacia wood flooring because of the beautiful color variation in the wood. Chacko Chackunny, the store manager was professional and easy to work with. Our wood floors and carpets were professionally installed within the time frame he gave us. The installers, were amazing, they came every morning ready to get the job done! But I was somewhat dissatisfied with this other firm and their estimate, as they falsely advertised on their website they carried the brand I wanted and instead offered me a cheaper brand/product. I specifically wanted Hunter Douglas window shadings, so I went on their website, and HD pointed me to Jost Carpet One Floor & Home. I'm extremely happy I did this because it allowed me to work with the wonderful people - in particular Wilma - at Jost. Not only did they have an impressive showroom with demos of all the HD products I was interested in, they had swatches for all the colors and possible configurations. Wilma guided me through the process and with just a few questions (What room? Size of the room? Wall color?) she was able to lend her decades of expertise and helped me pick what would suit my windows best. She was professional and involved me in the process despite my limited knowledge. The estimate she gave me was hundreds of dollars less than the other firm and for a higher-end product. I was completely floored by the great service I received from Jost. When it came time to install, one of the installers unfortunately came down sick. Wilma was able to arrange for another installation company to come install on a holiday instead. I'm thoroughly impressed with Wilma, Jost staff, their contracted companies, and every associated with Jost. It's no wonder they've been in business for over 70 years. They are the definition of a high quality, professional, and locally-owned business. I couldn't be more pleased with doing business with such a reputable company. And my windows look great!

They actually care if the job is done right. They are attentive to our request and suggestions. Myra is easy to work with text/call. Her staff are friendly and HONEST. I have Mrs clean come in 2-4 times a month. We have got to the point that I just get home and the house looks like when we bought it. All the small things that bother you. Splashes of coffee small marks on countertops they find and they clean it. If you concerned about harsh chemicals, you have the option to bring organic cleaning supplies and they are more then happy to use those materials. The biggest plus is the worry free business I conduct with Myra and her team. With as busy as life can be having my house clean is not one of my concerns. They arrive within the window they are supposed to, they do a good job and I don't need to bother asking for anything more. This being my 4th cleaning service, by far this company is the best. She quoted me $400, so in my head I was factoring tips for her staff. However when they cleaned the house it was a basic clean. What you would expect in a weekly cleaning, NOT a deep clean. I had to specifically ask and remind the crew that I requested prior that the windows were cleaned inside and out. The did not clean the outside until I had to ask and they called their boss to confirm. The slider door track wasn't cleaned, base boards, doors, trim, wasn't cleaned free of finger prints, just not what you expect when you state very clearly your expectations. The realtor of course had nothing to say but patronize me about how it wasn't them, blah blah, I reiterated THEY recommended her and I not only didn't get what I paid $150+ extra for but I had to re clean my own house for the photos after paying $550! The quality of service is a systemic problem in this town filled with corruption and lies. I DID NOT tip voluntarily and immediately complained to the referee of the transaction. Why would I tip if I wasn't happy, it was what I was billed.?Toxic, bullying and intimidation filled with lies is how this town operates. Good riddance.

I am leaving this review not because of the move-out cleaning itself (as that is still to be…read moredetermined and this will review will be updated accordingly, if necessary), but because of the deeply unprofessional, coercive, and ethically sloppy conduct of the owner/manager, Kimberly Gonzalez. I paid $150 upfront as agreed. Prior to the job, I was explicit--in writing--about my maximum budget and that any flexibility was conditional on being informed beforehand. Instead, once the team was already on site, the price began to escalate in real time. First, I was told the total needed to increase to $250 (an additional $100 over the $150 already paid). When I objected--because this exceeded what we had discussed--I was then pressured for "at least $50 more," framed as unavoidable because the workers were "overtime" and the clock was running. In other words: the terms changed after work had begun, and my consent was treated as irrelevant. The justification for this escalation was frankly bizarre. I was suddenly informed that the kitchen sink "drained straight to the bottom," implying a plumbing issue--and then implicitly accused of previously managing this with a bucket or bowl. Let me be clear: I have been accused of many things in my life, but secretly concealing a fictional plumbing failure with a bucket is not one of them. There was no known sink issue, and in any case, plumbing problems are not a cleaning surcharge, nor are they something a customer should be financially ambushed over mid-job. What followed crossed from unprofessional into coercive. I was repeatedly told that if I did not immediately pay more, Ms. Gonzalez would have to "come out of pocket," that there was "no time to go back and forth," and that payment later was not acceptable--despite the fact that the back-and-forth was initiated solely because the business changed the price after the service was underway. I was even asked who the homeowner was, an irrelevant and inappropriate question in context. At one point, Ms. Gonzalez explicitly stated that she does not care about bad reviews because she has plenty of good ones. So, respectfully: if you don't care, then here it is. Small businesses deserve support. Workers deserve to be paid. What customers do not deserve is to be pressured into paying more than agreed upon, blamed for unrelated household issues, and emotionally cornered into compliance while being told their prior boundaries no longer matter. I ultimately paid the additional amount simply to end the interaction. If you choose this company, understand this clearly: -- The initial price is not final once workers arrive -- New "issues" may appear without advance notice -- Budget ceilings may be disregarded mid-job -- Communication becomes pressurized and inappropriate Proceed with caution.

Extraordinary. A word used far too often these days, so much so that it has lost it's true meaning: "Far and above the normal or average" - yet just one of many words that apply to Steve Holloway and his entire crew and staff. Our house was in desperate need of a facelift...a facelift requiring many different repairs in order to facilitate a proper painting application. Steve met with us on multiple occasions, and answered every question and concern we had (and there were many) with the patience of a Saint and the knowledge of a true professional with years of experience. He provided us with a start date, and actually began days earlier that originally stated. The painting crew was always on time, explained every step of the process, and took the time to insure each and every detail was attended to before moving on to the next. They were polite, considerate and went above and beyond to guarantee the utmost quality in their work. The office staff was professional yet friendly, efficient and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. Steve Holloway painting has done several outstanding jobs for me and my husband when was alive. They redid our patio cover, painted it replaced beams, and 4x4s. They painted all of our eaves and trim plus the front door. It all turned out so beautifully and they cleaned up perfectly. I have also used them for several jobs that did not entail painting, including putting a new front door handle and lock in, some plumbing help. We had Steve Holloway Painting paint cabinets in three bathrooms, laundry room, and linen cabinets. They also removed a large built in entertainment cabinet, and prepped the wall behind painted it and put in the baseboard. Gary Oates, John and Hunter did an amazing job. The painters have been better than I could have asked for. I damaged a window area removing a blind they fixed it. They saw a bit of tape had pull away from the ceiling, they repaired it.
