Overall we were satisfied with the end result of our interior wood refinishing and complete interior painting job. However, the service started off great but went downhill--by the end of the job we were several weeks beyond the original estimate, and were constantly having to keep after the painting crew to get things done properly. One very expensive roll up blind was damaged by paint and they did replace it, but I had to pay to replace the other blind in the room so they would both still match. 1-Would never do business with this company! When I first called them to come out and fix some steps in front of my home they took down the wrong information that I wanted the garage stamped and I never did ask them for that? So nothing was done a waste of time. 2-I thought I give them the benefit of the doubt and called and ask them to come out and give me a estimate on stamp cement around pool and barbecue so they set it up and I informed them that I had a doctor appt at 10:45 and had phone on pause and never got my message snd here I was waiting for them and no one showed up Ive had better service with other companies and this is not one of them Will NEVER recommend them read more

I received a quote within a few days after asking for it. The quote was very compatible to other quotes. Due to others giving us their opinion of Holloway painting we went with Holloway. They did a beautiful job painting the inside of our house, crown moldings and baseboards. The two that came out to paint were friendly, patient, and listened to all my concerns. I had a pool deck done with epoxy flakes. Long story short. It's not the color we picked out. We asked for Sandy Stone the company put Outback then tried to tell me they are the same color. My main focus was to make sure the deck would not be slippery when wet. The boss would say to fix it one way, the one in charge would say to fix it another way then they would blame me and say I asked for it that way. Which of course it was their mistake because the deck was slippery in different spots. Finally after talking to employees, bosses son, then the boss. It finally was fixed. Now the problem is it leaves white spots on the deck after swimming. We received chemical to clean it ourselves. The work was just done 3 weeks ago. Contract says Lifetime Warranty. Paperwork says Limited Lifetime Warranty but bosses son says that means the same thing. A lot of error in the job work & Paperwork. Son is rude, unprofessional told us to GET, GET out of his office. He didn't want to listen to our complaints. I've emailed him but he started he ignores my emails. Unprofessional ethics. Unhappy and Unsatisfied.
