Right after we arrived while my group was meeting up and chatting a member of the team started speaking next to us and it was only apparent it was at us after she made an incredibly rude statement toward me. The person who was being addressed by Wilma was walking around snapping and shouting about things and rudely correcting what I would assume was a new member of the team. How you treat people on your team reflects on you and your company and it reflected poorly. The new member was one of the positives of the experience as she was kind, respectful, and very helpful. The prices were good but I will have to think very hard about if I will attend another sale run by this company as the vibes were so unpleasant.

Another local high-end jeweler said that it was not fixable, after they had kept it for over a month. They sent it out somewhere and have no in house expertise. At Willamette Artisans they described what needed to be done, the cost and that if it was not fixable, they would call me immediately. All was done inhouse. I am pleased with the results. But then Schatz refused to honor that price. Said that the whole conversation and handshake had never happened. A LIE! Then they said over the phone that it didn't matter because they had decided not to do business with us. BY is located in North Carolina. Found a furniture store near them and that store is selling us the same pieces and shipping them to us for more than 20% less than Paul Schatz was willing to do it.
