Then told us we needed new batteries. We were a bit puzzled about that since my husband services the batteries regularly and they registered good as far as we knew. But ok.... they put in new batteries, the golf cart still would not move. We didn't know anything was amiss until we called to check on the cart a number of days later. They weren't sure, but thought it was the wiring harness. It became apparent that the technician didn't really know much about fixing golf carts. They said they would work with us on the bill. We finally get a harness, it is delivered and the bill is 1/3 more than I expected, we got a $33 discount. Not going back. They are nice people. Buying a golf cart from them is great. Getting it repaired, not so much. The manager is wearing too many hats and needs competent help.

He was Efficient at diagnostic techniques. Juan replaced the needed part and did a FULL diagnostic, on our 2020 ion Club Car, golf cart.
