Went in for a pedicure and had to wait forever for someone to service me. As far as my pedicure I got something completely different than I asked for. Shape is terrible and uneven and the color is dingy. The nail tech cut my foot more than one time and cut my cuticles too low, drawing blood. Everyone in the salon is nice and good at conversation, but the work itself was very poor. read more

Worst nail salon I've ever been to. They scam. They lie about prices and overcharge. I've been coming here multiple times because they are just so close to my house but I'm done. They overcharge every time. They make you wait over a hour without telling you you'll wait that long. The quality service they give is not good at all especially for your money. One of their nail techs messed up my nails and i went in 5 days after to get a color change and fix one broken nail and they decided to redo my whole nails because of how messed up they were without asking me and then tried to charge me $35 after I had just been there 5 days ago to fix the crappy job one of their nail techs did. Worst hospitality and worst service. Save your money AND time and go somewhere else. read more

This place what's not cheap! Everything on pedicure was wonderful great service! When he came to the manicure it was horrible! This was for my wedding so where my nerves were already on point! My mother-in-law's cuticles were cut in three different fingers severely!! Her color was merely smeared on! My sisters nails were seriously done by like a five-year-old they were smeared sick and was also cut two times and they did nothing to stop the bleeding and it continued on for a while!! Sister #2 French gel nails looked horrible!! She had them redone with the only person in the shop who was in charge! My nails were nice but thick and uneven I swear date didn't even realize if we did and point them out! I will insert some pictures I don't understand why the other reviews said it was great from the beginning it was horrible!! ::;:;;;;;;;Update:::::::::::::: One week into the gel nails and they were chipping in the back because they were placed way further back than they needed to on to the cuticle and they lifted it from all of the tips!! I just want to add that David is AWESOME. He does such a wonderful job with my nails. I get the gel french, white tips, and he really takes his time. I haven't had this great of a manicure in a long time. I can be a tad OCD and they all look uniform and perfect. The price is competitive and I would rather pay here than anywhere else in Naples. read more

Someone referred me to this salon. Michael did my nails with the SNS (dip) which does not hurt ur nails. I am very fussy about my nails and I must say the were perfect!!! Pedi was equally very relaxing awsome message. Ask for "michael" even though its further Worth it. Thk u michael! read more

So I went initailly to this salon and the young pedicurist was doing my toenail cleaning so lightly. It was not even being cleaned and I kept telling her multiple times if you don't clean it out thoroughly and deeply I WILL get ingrowns, but she focused on her up sales of a ombre nail service. As a result two days later I had 5 toes with ingrowns and went back as soon as I returned back a few days later. So Sam did the rework, but he wouldn't soak the nails to get them soft (Even though I asked and rationalized why he still said no) and proceeded to cause a lot of pain telling me to sit still while inducing unncessary pain and lost of bleeding. These were not severe ingrowns just starters cause of the poor job Lynn did. I bared down while the job was re-done and the owner stood there telling me I need to go to a Dr and have my toenails removed. Yeah Right! What a bunch of A**holes. They don't know how to do their job properly and thoroughly and expect me to have my 5 toe nails extracted and permanently removed. WTF! I gave Sam a tip anyway cause I am a better person than these people and I know Karma will pay them back 10K fold. No wonder their shop is empty they probably survive on In Season ignorant tourists and have an empty shop the rest of the year. I am never going back and don't recommend these folks to anyone. read more

Been going here for awhile now. They try very hard to be accommodating. Will always try to fit people in. However, had a couple bad experiences with some of the technicians and I would NOT use them again. Most of them are great though! Very fair pricing. read more
