Took my daughter here. Her pedicure was great. My manicure was just ok. My nails were cut down so short that filing them was almost impossible. My fingertips were being filed instead. When it came to paying, they ended up charging me $80 for the $60 pedicure that she picked from their "menu." I didn't notice until after I paid. A little bit of a shady tactic in my opinion. If anything, kids should be less than adults, much less, charging extra for something we didn't ask for. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Please choose any nail salon besides Davinci Nails. Their customer service is beyond horrendous. I have been going here for two years, two years,and seeing the same nail technician Nancy. The last time I was there she ruined my real nails by a landslide. I have always gotten the same thing done so I was not paying attention, because why would she do something different after two years of the same thing. I had my headphones on and watching a show. After leaving the salon and noticing. I walked back in having a panic attack and crying because my real nails were completely ruined. They confirmed she made a mistake and should have asked me before ruining all my nails. I said it's okay mistakes happen but was still very upset. I believe in second chances so I called to make another appt. Nancy called me back personally and said she is not comfortable doing my nails anymore bc of the mistake she made. I said it was okay, mistakes happen and she refuses to see me. Knowing how much money I have spent there in the last two years, this is beyond disheartening and disgusting customer service. I also have other family members who go there, which will now be finding a new salon. Please pick somewhere else besides this salon. Absolutely horrendous customer service after the nail technician messed something up. Another fantastic pedicure at Davini Nails!! I called a few days ahead to make our appointments. The owner is always so nice to speak to!! I received a text message with my appointment before we even hung up!! You also get reminder text messages as well!! The spa is very clean and modern. They even offer you drinks!!! I came in from out of town and was in need of a manicure and pedicure. I called in the morning and scheduled an appointment for it to be done at the same time because I didn't have a lot of time. When I came in, they were extremely busy. They had me pick out colors and waited for about 10mins. Someone started my pedicure and then walked away to take a "quick phone call". That call turned into 20mins when someone else came to finish my pedicure. Needless to say, my manicure was not performed at the same time. I was then sat at another table for my manicure and moved again because they didn't know who was going to be doing it. Fast forward, my pedicure ended up chipping two days later. I was a bit bummed as it defeated my whole purpose of doing it on vacation for it to last my entire trip. They did a fantastic job with my dip and it still looks great two weeks later. read more

Out of the hundreds of nail salons you could go to in Naples, this is the one that matters. Bon & Nancy are honestly the best nail technicians I have ever had. They are friendly and always do a great job on my nails. Any design I ask for or picture I show them, they do it better. I get so many compliments. Plus, I can keep my dipped nails on for FOUR-FIVE WEEKS!!! Obviously, I try not to wait that long because they grow out but I have never had nails stay this long before. They don't even get loose!? Had a really nice experience at DaVinci despite getting off to a somewhat questionable start. Four people had appointments for manicures and pedicures at 9:30. We showed up a few minutes early to find the doors locked and the lights off. After a few phone calls and messages to their listed number, it turned out the techs were just a little bit late arriving, which was no problem. We were the only people in the entire place for our appointments. All the techs were wearing masks. We all had wonderful service and were attended to with care. It was really nice to find a spot that would take four people all at once with a weeks' notice. All four of us were in town for a wedding, and it can be a bit difficult to find someplace to do your nails with no prior experience/knowledge. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DaVinci to anybody either in or out of town. We were there early, but I think if you came in later you would be offered wine or something sparkling to drink which is a nice touch. When I'm back in Naples I will definitely be visiting again. read more

This is a continuation of my previous review. I had gel on my nails and the person doing my nails was filing down the polish so hard and I told her it was hurting. Another guy came over, and suggested to soak in acetone, which did help remove the polish more easily. In my previous salon they removed polish gel or powder by wrapping nails in cotton then foil then rest for 10 minutes. which makes removal easier. Again sloppy process and no care for detail and possible harm to customers nails. i told her to cut my nails very little and she cut them down so much that they no longer had the shape I originally came in with. She had no knowledge of nail shape. I had to tell her and still she did a terrible job. This is NOT a trained technician!!!! I am disgusted and as I said in my previous complaint poor service and detail to care. She tells me to go wash my hands which I never had to do with powder dip, and disappears to the register. Powder dip nails must be filed down to appear as close to the clients nail as possible, not left thick and rounded. I hope customers shop around for a nail salon who knows what they are doing. read more

John completely ruined my nails. Asked if the nail bed was getting hot as he drilled the gel off I said not yet but yes you're cutting it close.. he continues to use the Dremel to take the gel off without scraping it off with the correct tool. I had a great experience with the new owner Mary & Daniel. They remodeled they entire salon, the owners are for very friendly, the salon is so clean and relaxing and they do beautiful work. I had a spa pedicure with lavender scent hot rocks & towel I loved, I then sat down and Mary did my UV gel nail fill in she showed me the new nail neon chic look called Cat Walk there were several colors to choose from I chose blue wow was it beautiful, my husband loved the color. I highly recommend this salon. I attached photos of my nails. I will be returning in a couple of weeks I will definitely get the neon color red, I can't wait. read more

You don't feel rushed, however they don't keep you there all day. You have to give them a try. Horrible experience getting my gel manicure with Samantha! I told her of the color I wanted and the length and she cut them quarter inch too short with the skin showing at the top of my finger. And they are not even. I told her that I liked my cuticles cut. She used a buffing machine on my nails. Later in the manicure I said aren't you going to cut my cuticles? She says "oh no I buffed them. If you cut them they grow back too quickly." She did not listen to my request. She talked about herself the whole time which made my experience longer than necessary as she stopped to show me photos on her phone. She had quoted me $30 on a gel manicure. When I arrived to pay at the front station she told me it was $35 because they charge five dollars to remove the gel! What!? Not going back when I can get a $30 gel manicure on almost any corner in Bonita Springs or Naples. read more
