02/11/2021 I have used 3 different car detail companies and they just did not do the work correctly, but this company knocked it out of the park . First off I'm am very picky and very detailed so I expect the work to be done as if I were doing it if not better . This company exceeded that . When I called Sergio he was very polite and up front on prices and expectations. Jeremy detailed my car and I only want him detailing my car for now on . He made sure to go over things such as cleaning and pricing with us which was about 10min and made sure we were comfortable with what he recommended . We chose the plan that was $195 and he was here for about 2 1/2 hours . He did the door jams and areas most people forget to do and we are very satisfied with the work he did and did not have to point things out like we did with the other companies. We even have them coming out to do another one of our cars tomorrow and have pinned them down for a regular monthly cleaning. Sergio was great! They scheduled my apt and showed up when promised. He sent Anthony who cleaned my car better than I have seen since I bought it (I have tried several others in the past). Just got car detailed looks great from the outside but inside does not look as good.. steering wheel is dirty but i can remove with a towel.. and in the door is very dirty in the inside as well.. I've been meaning to write my review about this service for several weeks, but I kept getting sidetracked. I purchased an auto detailing as a gift for a friend's 5-series and I asked for the full works. I called them on a Saturday afternoon requesting the work for the following afternoon. Unfortunately on Sundays they don't work a full shift, so they were only able to come in the morning and since it could take 2-3 hours, they can't come very late. Completely understandable so you might have better luck on time slots if you order for Saturday or the weekdays. I was trying to have them start at 11 AM but the latest they could do was 10 AM. I was able to negotiate a 10:30 AM appointment time. I paid over the phone in advance so as to not have the detailer go through that hassle the next day, and gave them my contact information. The next day they called me at 9:45 AM to inform me that the detailer is running late and if 11 AM is okay with me. It was fine with me because I had actually requested that time to begin with, but I appreciated being notified in advance. They got points there. The detailer assigned to me was Armando, and he did an excellent job with the vehicle. It was a very hot day but that did not detract from his work. When he was done with the car, it looked as if it had just come off the lot. I don't know how many detailers they have, but if you're able to request him, I highly recommend it. He was nice, did an excellent job, and worked at a good pace. I came out a couple of times to check on him and give him some cold water (he brought his own but just being a good host) and he was always working on the car. There was not one inch of that car left untouched when he was done with it. Later that day I had to run some errands and I felt bad getting in the car! When he was done with the car, I inspected it, he gave me some car maintenance tips as to when I should consider getting a full detail again, shook hands, gave him his tip, and off he went. All in all, I am very pleased with the entire transaction and I would recommend these guys. The communication was good and I did not regret paying for the work. read more

These guys are amazing! Extremely professional and very competitive pricing! I was looking to get my headlights restored and the engine cleaned on a 2008 BMW 328i. I first called "the headlight guys" and of course it was $100 and they could come to me for over a week. So I found A-1 detailing online. Called up they got me an appointment the same day. Super nice and funny guy came to my job I showed him the car and gave him the key. Honestly for $55 for the headlight and $55 for the engine clean I wasn't expecting much. But much to my surprise an hour later they turned out phenomenal! I was shocked how good it came out, wasn't expecting that at all!!! That guy was amazing! I still can't believe he got it so clean! I recently used A-1 Auto Detailing for both of our cars. They did a decent job on the cars but during the detailing of the second vehicle, the company's truck leaked a significant amount of oil in my driveway. To their credit, they tried on two different occassions to remove the very noticeable oil stain. Unfortunately, they were largely unsuccessful and now are also unresponsive. I won't be using them again and cannot recommend others do (and if you do, do not let them bring their truck into your driveway!) read more

I got my car detailed today by Rashiem and I can't thank him enough. He came out to my job even earlier than expected and I was greeted with a call before he came. We did a standard wash, along with a shampoo on my cloth seats. Take note that I've had my car now for two years. I've split numerous cups of coffee on my seats along with bringing flour and grease into my car each night from making pizzas at work. My seats and my car looks brand new again! Better than I expected. The main spots that was of concern was the front floors, very stained from years of juice ketchup and god knows what else. He did a good job removing those stains. The seats were not that dirty to begin with but I thought they would look better than they did. Over all the guy was nice and got it done quickly in an hour before the rain came. Was looking for a mobile company that could do my vehicle at my home. Read the reviews and thought I'd try them. They contacted me right away, and were able to schedule me for the same day. Isaiah was the one who came out to do the job. He was punctual and seemed knowledgeable. My vehicle had a couple of areas that needed special attention and he took care of those first. I had a full wash, wax, compound, and carpet shampoo. Car looks great. Even with the rain, he continued to work, then pulled the car into the garage to finish due to the weather. Horrendous customer service! I had called ahead of time to schedule a car cleaning, and asked if the pricing was affected by the condition of the car, I was told "no, of course not". A-1 was 2 hours late for the cleaning, then proceeded to tell us that the estimate we were given was totally wrong and that to clean the car it would be $95 instead of the originally stated $62. The main office was no help at all with the issue and the person actually started yelling at me on the phone and not listening to the situation in any way. In the end the person just finished the seats they were cleaning, were paid for that and left. Absolutely horrible experience with very rude and disorganized customer service.
