Terrible! delayed my 4 estimated day rental to almost 3weeks which jacked up my rental. Picked up car full of bondo dust literally all over internal trunk.. additional damages and missing fasteners on job performed.reassemble of bumper and windshield components were all out of alignment. Paint job was a pass. they certainly have no issues blackmailing me to pay cash or pay 3 percent fee. I needed my vehicle for the amount of time inconvenienced and accrued rental fee! no communication toreach out to me was attempted and every time i followed up,i was delayed 4 times total! read more

I have NEVER had a better experience with a car repair center! My son was in an accident and Geico sent me several places close by that were part of their repair options. I googled each one and chose this one based on their reviews on both Yelp and Google. To be honest, I did not believe they could be THAT good, because so often I have found that when dealing with anything car-related (tires, mechanics, body shops...) there is always some sort of negative experience. Boy, was I wrong. From Gabriel, who greeted me at the desk, to Barton and Reggie who turned in my car to me, to Henry, who called to keep me posted on process...everyone was flawless. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was obvious from the beginning that they really prided themselves in customer service. The work was done quickly and perfectly...and I could not believe this...but they painted the front driver door even though it was not part of the accident, but it was a different shade of red. When we had bought the car used, it came like that, and although it was subtle, we were very unhappy about it. I never even mentioned it to them, but they told me they noticed it when they repainted the back door and bumper and did it as a favor and to be helpful. They even gave me a bottle of extra paint for touch ups. If that does not tell you the kind of service these guys provide...! Every shop should follow their example. I am recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you, Barton, Reggie, Gabriel, and Henry! read more

From my initial contact with Hollywood collision through a phone call and then showing up in person to get an estimate on the repairs required for my car I was treated with professionalism & kindness. Barton, one of the owners, spoke with me, then viewed my car and what bodywork my car required. I explained what I would like to have done and he explained step-by-step what was necessary to perform the repairs. The car did require painting after the repairs were completed. He gave me a written estimate. I dropped off my car a few weeks later. He made markings in green where the repairs needed to be done and markings in red areas of the car that had previous scratches. He told me he would see what they could do to repair the scratches that were not part of the original damage for which I took the car in. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. I could not believe how wonderful the repairs were and the fact that they took care of the other minor scratches that were not part of the estimate. Keeping in mind the original damage was minor and no other damage or issue was found when they were actually doing the work, the estimate he gave me was on point. No additional charges even after they took care of the minor scratches. My car looks brand new and they returned it to me clean. I would highly recommend Hollywood Collision and will be my go to for bodywork if needed, in the future. 10 STARS for the quality of work, their professionalism and their great attitude. I was treated with respect through the whole process. read more

I took my bmw 7 here to have the hood repaired. The previous owner had the car custom painted and the hood was not properly sealed and was peeling and bubbling and looked awful. Reggie and his team were outstanding throughout this entire process. Painless and honest from start to finish. The same goes for the results in their work. The car looks amazing, they matched a custom black metallic paint exactly and I couldn't be happier. I will highly recommend this shop to all my connections. My new go to shop for paint and body work for sure. 100% Reggie and staff , THANK YOU! ABOVE AND BEYOND PERFECTION IN EVERY ASPECT. THE BEST IN THE BIZ! read more

I cannot say enough about this business. I had an accident a few months and needed a good and honest body shop. We all know those are few and far between. I did quite a lot of research before choosing Hollywood Collision Center and let me tell you I absolutely made the best decision. From the intake, to the release of my vehicle everything was an absolute pleasure. We arrived at the center and they had already arranged for us to be picked up by the rental car company. The intake paperwork was quick and efficient. They dealt with the insurance adjusters with ease. They ordered the parts the day we dropped the car off. They kept us informed along the process. My car came back perfect. Like the day I drove it off the lot. The owner Bart was absolutely amazing. Of course the insurance was making things difficult but when I tell you this man was on top of every aspect of the claim. I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. If you need quality body work with an amazing team of people backing the whole process I cannot recommend this place enough. read more

First off, the work we had done was good, but this business is completely disorganized in the way it handles its workload. They were supposed to be finished in 3 days, but it took 3 WEEKS to get our vehicle back. When we called for updates, they took forever to find our paperwork. If you have the patience and the time then use this business. Otherwise, fair warning! read more

Brought my 2019 Camaro SS 1LE here after I was hit by another driver who took a red light. My car only had 2700 miles on it and I explained how important it was to me to have my car repaired to "as good as new" as possible. They went above and beyond in every aspect, including helping me fight the insurance company whom wanted to install aftermarket parts on my brand new car. read more

Had a fairly minor job of re-painting a mirror cap. They were very nice, prompt, and fair with the pricing. read more

Can definitely see why this place has a 5 star review. I had exterior damage on my passenger side back door and thought I was going to need a new door. Freddie and Reggie and the rest of their team took great care of my car. Not only did they completely fix the damage they returned my car detailed to the nines, inside and out, it literally looked like a brand new car! 5 star customer service and 5 star quality work. read more

Hurricane season gets wild in FL and one day my little Kia hydroplaned across the turnpike and I almost ended up flying off the highway. Luckily I walked away with no injuries: just a reaaall messed up door, flat tires. I took my car for Reggie to check out my door and paint and he was able to assist me as soon as I pulled up. My car door doesn't sound like a broken record and he managed to cover my poor baby's scratch marks that were all over. Customer service was on point and they all worked super fast. Would def recommend to anyone who needs to hook their car up. read more

Reggie and his team are just great! Brought my car over several times and the quality of customer service and work have been all the way five stars. When calling to check for a quote , they were able to assist me same day and worked with my schedule each time. Also, they were able to get the work done right and even a day or two earlier than expected helping me save time and money on a rental car. Thank you so much for the help , I can always count on them when it comes to my car. read more
