Terrible! delayed my 4 estimated day rental to almost 3weeks which jacked up my rental. Picked up car full of bondo dust literally all over internal trunk.. additional damages and missing fasteners on job performed.reassemble of bumper and windshield components were all out of alignment. Paint job was a pass. they certainly have no issues blackmailing me to pay cash or pay 3 percent fee. I have NEVER had a better experience with a car repair center! My son was in an accident and Geico sent me several places close by that were part of their repair options. I googled each one and chose this one based on their reviews on both Yelp and Google. To be honest, I did not believe they could be THAT good, because so often I have found that when dealing with anything car-related (tires, mechanics, body shops...) there is always some sort of negative experience. Boy, was I wrong. From Gabriel, who greeted me at the desk, to Barton and Reggie who turned in my car to me, to Henry, who called to keep me posted on process...everyone was flawless. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was obvious from the beginning that they really prided themselves in customer service. The work was done quickly and perfectly...and I could not believe this...but they painted the front driver door even though it was not part of the accident, but it was a different shade of red. When we had bought the car used, it came like that, and although it was subtle, we were very unhappy about it. I never even mentioned it to them, but they told me they noticed it when they repainted the back door and bumper and did it as a favor and to be helpful. They even gave me a bottle of extra paint for touch ups. If that does not tell you the kind of service these guys provide...! Every shop should follow their example. From my initial contact with Hollywood collision through a phone call and then showing up in person to get an estimate on the repairs required for my car I was treated with professionalism & kindness. Barton, one of the owners, spoke with me, then viewed my car and what bodywork my car required. I explained what I would like to have done and he explained step-by-step what was necessary to perform the repairs. The car did require painting after the repairs were completed. He gave me a written estimate. I dropped off my car a few weeks later. He made markings in green where the repairs needed to be done and markings in red areas of the car that had previous scratches. He told me he would see what they could do to repair the scratches that were not part of the original damage for which I took the car in. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. I could not believe how wonderful the repairs were and the fact that they took care of the other minor scratches that were not part of the estimate. Keeping in mind the original damage was minor and no other damage or issue was found when they were actually doing the work, the estimate he gave me was on point. No additional charges even after they took care of the minor scratches. My car looks brand new and they returned it to me clean. I would highly recommend Hollywood Collision and will be my go to for bodywork if needed, in the future. 10 STARS for the quality of work, their professionalism and their great attitude. From the intake, to the release of my vehicle everything was an absolute pleasure. We arrived at the center and they had already arranged for us to be picked up by the rental car company. The intake paperwork was quick and efficient. They dealt with the insurance adjusters with ease. They ordered the parts the day we dropped the car off. They kept us informed along the process. My car came back perfect. Like the day I drove it off the lot. The owner Bart was absolutely amazing. Of course the insurance was making things difficult but when I tell you this man was on top of every aspect of the claim. I literally cannot say enough good things about this place.
